"This seems to me to point to the distinct possibility that much of congress is absolutely complicit in the Obama Fraud Identity scandal coverup. Given the nature of the oath of office each congressman takes, it seems to me that we have a lot of congressmen who need to be 'called back' to their districts and told to find another job." - Carl Gallups

Dan McFaul
On May 2, 2013, PPSIMMONS ran a blog story about Carl Gallups and Mike Zullo's trip to CPAC.  At that event they arranged a trip to Capitol Hill to attempt to meet with various Congressmen about the Obama Fraud Case.  In one of those meetings, Gallups and Zullo reported that they were present with a congressman and his chief of staff. The meeting was officially arranged through the congressman's office and his booking secretary, Jessica.

After the initial meeting of about thirty minutes in the capitol building, the congressman agreed to have another meeting with both Zullo and Gallups back at the congressman's home state of Florida. At that next meeting, it was agreed, that Mike Zullo was to bring the entire CCP criminal investigation evidence pack and present it to the congressman for his personal scrutiny. The congressman also suggested that he take the questioned birth document and submit it to "his" examiners as well.  A few days later, Gallups reported that he received a disturbing phone call from the congressman's chief of staff.   Following is a recap of Gallups' account...

A SURREAL but TRUE ACCOUNT

Gallups related, "After Lt. Zullo and I had made all the necessary arrangements to travel to the Congressman Jeff Miller's home state office in Pensacola, Florida, I received a call from his Chief of Staff, Dan McFaul. The travel arrangements had been made because the Congressman's booking secretary and his Chief of Staff had engaged in email and telephone conversation with me confirming all the details of the meeting. Mike Zullo had already made airline, car rental, and motel reservations. After the meeting details were made, the Chief of Staff called me and said, 'Congressman Miller will not be able to make the meeting. He will not be able to meet with Lt. Zullo.'  When I asked him 'why?' the Chief of Staff responded, 'The Congressman doesn't remember ever making those arrangements. He doesn't remember agreeing to any such meeting.'"

Gallups indicated that his first reaction was utter shock. "I was flabbergasted," Gallups said. "I had been on the phone as well as sending and receiving emails for days - directly from the Congressman's office and then the Chief of Staff calls me and says something to the effect of  'we don't remember any such arrangements.'  It was utterly astounding. I reminded the Chief of Staff that I possessed the entire email trail, including emails from him. The phone went silent. I don't think he had thought of that. The whole conversation was surreal. I told him that it was surreal. The Chief of Staff never relented on his story, however - he continually insisted that no such meeting was ever arranged. He would not address the fact that I was in possession of the email chain."

Gallups (pictured at left) said, "This is the very kind of political shenanigans and despicable game-playing that Washington does not need. The voters in this Congressman's district need to know the abject dishonesty associated with his office and his highly unethical political dealings. The nation needs to know. If the Congressman had simply been forthright and called me up and explained that he had changed his mind and would rather not meet with Zullo and me - I would have not said a public word about it. That would have been his absolute prerogative. I have no desire to attempt to 'strong-arm' anyone to meet with us. The problem stems from the fact that the Congressman apparently had his Chief of Staff call me and basically call me a 'liar.'   I felt as though he was questioning my 'sanity.'  That is where he crossed the line with me. I will not be strong-armed either. Nor will I will be told that a conversation never took place that was witnessed by Lt. Zullo, the Congressman, the Chief of Staff and myself and also recorded in official government email and phone conversations."

When asked if he has heard anything else from the Congressman Gallups responded, "Not yet. I don't expect to hear from him at this point. He knows I have the emails. He knows I am  releasing them. It is all a matter of documented fact. I am not releasing them to 'make' him have a meeting. At this point, I would rather not meet with him. The case is moving along just fine at this point without his input and help. When the case finally comes to light - this particular Congressman and his staff are going to look pretty irrelevant - in my opinion."

Gallups opined, "You know what is really strange? Since the Congressman was going to be in his home state and at his home office anyway, and since Mike and I were willing to travel there at our own expense and had already made all the arrangements - all the Congressman had to do was to meet with us, hear us out and then tell us something like, "I'll get back with you." He already had the time set aside and it would have cost him nothing. But, to cancel the meeting on the pretense that the meeting was never asked for in the first place - is more than odd...in so many ways it was just not the wisest, most discerning thing to do. I think this whole affair speaks badly of the Congressman's overall acumen. I think it also speaks, and this is only speculation on my part, of the congressman's "fear" of what he might see and what he might have to deal with at a congressional and legal level. The evidence is overwhelming and has now been peer reviewed by a large number of VIPS around the nation."

Gallups had this interesting tidbit to add, "You know - just after the meeting with Congressman Jeff Miller on Capitol Hill, he got up to go back to the House Chambers for a vote. I walked him to the door and took his hand as we shook. I looked him in the eye and said, 'Congressman, please tell me that you are dealing honestly here with me. Please tell me that you will keep your promise and meet with me.' He then responded to me, 'Carl, we are good to go.' Not only did he not keep his promise, but he had his staff member call me up and attempt to make believe that the meeting was never arranged. Unbelievable."

We asked Carl Gallups why he thought that congressman Miller would have pulled such a dishonest stunt. Gallups responded, "I don't know with certainty. I can only speculate. My speculation is in one of two areas - perhaps both. He could have gotten cold feet as he thought about the ramifications of actually seeing the criminal evidence with his own eyes. He would then be obligated to do something about it and keep his oath of office. Perhaps he thought if he never looked at the evidence he could always say that he was unaware of it. The only other thing that I can imagine is that someone higher up the congressional chain told him to 'back away' from the matter and Miller acquiesced to the higher authority. If that is the case - then we have some deeply serious problems in congress as well as the fact, in my opinion, that it would speak directly to the personal character of Jeff Miller. This seems to me to point to the distinct possibility that much of congress is absolutely complicit in the Obama Fraud Identity scandal coverup. Given the nature of the oath of office each congressman takes, it seems to me that we have a lot of congressmen who need to be 'called back' to their districts and told to find another job. "

Following is the UN-redacted email chain. This email chain is provided here so that the reader may observe that the Congressman's office was fully aware of the meeting and the planned attendance of Gallups and Zullo.

March 28 - From Scheduling Secretary (Jessica)

Good morning Carl,
Please let me know if next Thursday, April 4th morning will work for you to meet with Congressman Miller.  9 a.m.CT would work best but we can be somewhat flexible the morning of. It is not necessary for Lt Zulow (sic) to fly from Arizona for the meeting as I know this is relatively short notice for the meeting but wanted to get it scheduled as soon as possible.
Thank you.
Jessica

  1. its just another example of how ALL the politicians in DC have either been "gotten too", "corrupted", or "blackmailed". Either way this makes Jeff Miller anything but a "MAN". If the voters in his district continue to send him back to DC then they should have no surprise when it is them being "blackmailed" or lied to by Jeff Miller

Everyone in Jeff Millers district should call, write and visit his office, MAKE HIM ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE LIAR HE IS!!

the political process is broken in this country, its time for REAL CHANGE! there are only a couple of options on how that can happen

    ARE YOU READY??

  2. I'm really not surprised the Chief of Staff responded, 'The Congressman doesn't remember ever making those arrangements. He doesn't remember agreeing to any such meeting.'" If I were walking in your shoes I'd pay a surprise visit to this congressman at the first opportunity and call him out on his denial and obvious lack of concern for such an important meeting.

    1. The threats are greater against every citizen of the USA, since our country has been overtaken by Marxists, Islamic-sympathizing, Anti-American elitists, headed by a criminal fraud.

  4. It would appear Congressman Miller scheduled a date for the meeting and then backed off. But I think the lesson to be learned by this is if a Congressman gives a date and time, YOU TAKE IT! I am not sure if Zullo might have not been able make the meeting that day and time but that was time the Congressman quoted. Perhaps the Congressman was just looking for an excuse to back out. Did Gallup actually confirm the date and time. The emails don't say.

  5. Most in Congress are likely like Congressman Jeff Miller. Obama would be in Prison by now IMHO, if they were not.

  6. I'm sure NSA had this information as well. I'm sure they gave it to the president's government controller staff and faced off with the congressman that he better back away from the meeting. . ..obviously, there was a threat to him or things wouldn't have turned out in such an odd manner. . . .

Thanks to people like Lieutenant Zullo, You and many others in the internet media, this scandalous behavior is being brought to light. Hopefully, this country will wake up to the fact that our precious freedoms are being usurped by vermin such as Congressman Miller who are elected to serve the very people whose freedoms, treasures and Constitutional guarantees they are slowly , surrepticiously but surely, siphoning away.

  11. No one in congress or the senate will touch this because Both parties know the real truth. It would implicate ALL of them if they let it go forward and no prosecuter would allow it either. Good luck but I think its far too late now.

  13. OMGOSH! While Carl was on the radio talking about THIS article this morning. Callers called in to say that they were calling the Congressman's office and talking with Dan McFaul - Chief of Staff. In the face of the above PUBLIC RECORD emails - McFaul was telling the callers that Carl's accusations "were not true!" AMAZING! Lie, after lie, after lie - with the hard evidence open for the whole world to see! If a republican "conservative" will do this - what in the world do you think Obama and his minions are doing?

  14. Carol Gallup,

I just called Jeff Miller and left him a message, that the American people are tired of congress being cowards, and how shameful he was to not continue with the meeting he promised you and Mr. Zullo. I know this... American's need to arrest all of these congress men and women being complicit in knowing obama is a fraud and not eligible to be serving in the seat he sits. obama is murdering innocent people around the world and we must hand over congress members to the same international war tribunal as obama because they KNOWINGLY ARE ALLOWING obama to remain in power, he has changed the rules of engagement, leaving our soldiers to be slaughtered, and supporting the enemy with weapons, money, our finest F-16's etc..There is blood on congress' hands, and they must go to prison. We can never allow congress to not be held accountable for this slaughter. Carol, obama wants a thermal nuclear war now, so I suggest you and Mr. Zullo go public with what you know about obama before he pushes that button!! Diana Stokes
