"The Mouth of a Lion!" England in Bible Prophecy!

Visit Trafalgar lion London England

And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority.
Revelation 13:2

I'm Canadian. And here in Canada we have two official spoken languages: English and French. The province of Quebec has battled to keep it's francophone history alive through mandates and election battles for as long as I can remember. Certain political sects have even attempted, unsuccessfully, to separate from the country and form a sovereign nation thereby securing French as the official language and culture ad infinitum. Some would have been happy to see them go, like a whining brat left to his own devices. Sink or swim baby. Still others are pleased to see them remain on board. Quebec is a beautiful province with a beautiful culture.

When I was fourteen I moved to Norway. While there I went to public school. Not being able to speak the native language was surprisingly less of a problem than one might imagine. Most of those my own age spoke relatively fluent English thanks to rigorous efforts to teach the language in school. Of course I learned to speak Norwegian to more easily fit in with my peers. Being a teenager is difficult enough without the uncertainty of not knowing what the others are saying about me.

In Nov/ 2010 ABC News published the following on the English language studies in China:

In an effort to promote internationalism, China is learning English.
In the next five years, all state employees younger than 40 will be required to master at least 1,000 English phrases, and all schools will begin teaching English in kindergarten. The government also is funding extensive teacher training programs to find new models for language learning and develop new textbooks.
Following the worldwide flood event in Genesis we see the whole world massed together under a one world system. Everyone spoke one language. Their intentions were to remain united and they had a goal: to reach the heavens. Goal setting is a powerful tool to bring everyone together. Specifically mentioned in scripture is the purpose for attempting to reach heaven:
And they said, Go to, let us build us a city and a tower, whose top may reach unto heaven; and let us make us a name, lest we be scattered abroad upon the face of the whole earth.
Genesis 11:4
A common rallying call or goal setting brings people together. Be it war or sports or whatever, goal setting is a powerful force to unite the masses. Nimrod apparently understood this basic team building technique.

But God had other plans. His goal for humanity was global in scale. Fill the earth and subdue it. Let's see how you do. More importantly, see for yourself your neediness. See for yourself your utter depravity. God seemed to be saying "I have a plan of salvation for you, I want a personal relationship with you, you belong to Me, now let's get on with it."

Eventually, God chose a person, who turned into a nation, which has been trusted with the salvation message. Today He has adopted millions out of the world's system and now, once again, the whole earth is reaching for the heavens under this common goal. We have an International Space Station and every developed and developing nation is trying to find the origins of humanity under the banner of space exploration through global cooperation initiatives.

Living in Canada in the age of extreme technological advancement I am forced to interact with people from the other side of the world more frequently than even I am probably aware. When I call the cell phone company about my bill, I speak with people in India who, from an early age are taught the one-world language of commerce, English. The New World Order Beast of Revelation is here. And it speaks with the mouth of a Lion.
