DeleteEvery bill he signed, every appointment he made, every treaty, executive order, every resignation he accepted, etc. etc. etc! Much of the damage cannot be undone, and a Constitutional Crisis of unprecedented proportions will occur! There may be riots in the streets! But that would be preferable to his agenda of destroying the Nation and eviserating the Constitution! We may be able to avert a Civil War and Nullify his Nefarious plans to render America a defenseless third world remnant of its former self! Make no mistake that his mentors and handlers on the extreme left have groomed him for this purpose, hid his past records and even pushed the Clintons aside to achieve this end!!! And they have been selling us out and picking Americas carcass before its even dead!!! GOD BLESS and PROTECT AMERICA and its CONSTITUTION from all Enemies, Foreign and DOMESTIC!!!

ReplyDeleteI have been trying to explain to people that Mike Zullo knows what he's doing and to be patient...what he and Arpaio is doing has got to be done right and it takes time to make sure all the "i's" are dotted and the "t's" are crossed. ReplyDelete“Natural born Citizen”, a term set out in Article II of the Constitution, and made an wholly American “idiom” by its specific exclusionary usage, (no person except), and its specific statutory purpose, (shall be eligible), in Clause V of Section I that MUST be construed under U.S. Law.
ReplyDeleteIt is shortsighted and rather insulting to say that the Congresses of 1790, (seated in March of 1789 before the Ratification was completed), and 1795 did not have a working understanding of what many of them had a hand in writing.

At Article I Section VII Clause IV the Congress is given plenary power over naturalization, but it must be understood that the Constitution its-self was a “Collective naturalization Act” making U.S. Citizens of all of those persons who were at the time “recognized” as Citizens of the various States wherein they gave their allegiance.
The 1790 Act provided in statutory form; “ … And the children of citizens of the United States that may be born beyond Sea, or out of the limits of the United States, shall be considered as natural born Citizens: … “
Does it not follow that if such a child is “considered as” a (U.S.) natural born Citizen when born abroad MUST then be an ACTUAL (U.S.) natural born Citizen when born within the U.S. ?
The 1790 Act also provided in statutory form; “ … And the children of such person so naturalized, dwelling within the United States, being under the age of twenty one years at the time of such naturalization, shall also be considered as citizens of the United States. …”
The combination of the two (2) provisions express’s an uniform Rule, Once a person is a U.S. Citizen, then so too are that persons children.
This uniform Rule was/is a long standing doctrine known in the Latin of the Romans as the “right of blood” (Jus Sanguinis), but is also referred to in common law language of jurisprudence as the Law of descent, although the latter is more often encountered at the other end of life in the laws of inheritable properties.
The point is punctuated when reading BOTH the 1790 and 1795 Acts carefully noting that NO reference of the other Latin named doctrine of Citizenship, right of the soil, Jus Soli is provided for in words that say so, except, in one instance, where it becomes REQUIRED.
The provision; “ … And the children of citizens of the United States that may be born beyond Sea, or out of the limits of the United States, shall be considered as natural born Citizens: … “ was REPEALED by the 1795 Act.
The discussion on why the 1790 Act was repealed in whole can be tabled without losing the point that the repeal did not “repeal” the Constitutional REQUIREMENT that (U.S.) natural born Citizens continue to propagated and exist.
Therefore, by the Act’s repealing the “born abroad” provision then REQUIRED that (U.S.) natural born Citizens be born within the U.S.
That is an exercise of "construing" what a law says in words and what those words then require..........
