PPSIMMONS News has received confirmation from Mike Zullo, lead investigator, of the Cold Case Posse of the Sheriff Joe Arpaio Obama Fraud Investigation, that he will answer any and all legitimate questions concerning the case through PPSIMMONS Radio.
Zullo affirmed that he would do his best to appear at least once a week (when possible) with Carl Gallups (Host) and answer the tough questions that citizens and patriots are asking.Zullo said, "I will have to be careful to not give away legal strategy and specifics to the criminal side of the investigation, but I will be more than glad to answer any and all questions regarding this investigation, my qualifications, the history of the Cold Case Posse, fund raising policies and efforts, information release methods, general ideas of where the case is headed, and the latest updates on what is getting ready to happen next. I have nothing to hide in these matters and other matters like them."
Zullo went on to say, "This is a professional, duly sworn and authorized, law enforcement investigation. Our goal is to now move the investigation to federal and/or state prosecution levels. Those plans are coming together nicely now and we are garnering promises and laying plans with very important people of standing and influence who can make this thing happen. I think the public will seem some important movement towards these ends in the very near future."

I realize you can't actually probably give us a specific date when all your evidence is released, but I have often pondered what might qualify as specific discrete milestones or even measurable objectives in propelling the Obama identity controversy substantially forward. Here is an admittedly arbitrary list of developments that I'd be keen to see taking place. I recognize they cover a fairly wide spectrum of relative importance and certainly some may never come to pass while others may be obviated as even greater developments occur ahead of them.
DeleteThat said, which of the following would you think are likely to occur at all and which of might you guess is most likely to happen first? Also, are there any milestone developments or measurables that you might suggest should be added to this list?
1. Limbaugh, Beck, Levin, Hannity or Huckabee devotes a broadcast segment lasting ten or more minutes to a serious recounting of the troubling issues related to the Birth Certificate and/or other identifying documents of Obama.
2. A recognizable figure (not overtly conservative) in the mainstream media conducts an interviews on the Obama Identity challenges with Mike Zullo or Joe Arpio or someone else directly connected with the MCSO CCP Birth Certificate investigation, while demonstrating a modicum of interest and objectivity.
3. Loretta Fuddy, Alvin Onaka, Janice Okubo, Jill Nagamine, or Lawrence Romo is relieved of duties, is placed on administrative leave, is shuffled into a different role, or abruptly resigns.
4. Confirmed testimony emerges from a named whistleblower from inside the HDOH or the the Obama campaign headquarters or the White House Information Technology Offices or the S.S.S. or the S.S.A., availing new evidence of deception related to Obama's identifying documents.
5. The CCP or other investigative body publicly identifies directly, by name, a person believed to have perpetrated one or more forgeries to aid Obama.
6. Two or more U.S. congressmen come forward through the press to announce their solidarity toward unearthing all relevant facts pertaining to Obama's eligibility and/or identifying documents.
7. An as yet unpublished document of known provenance and well attested authenticity is released showing showing a clear and certain contradiction that is mutually exclusive to information present in the purportedly authentic documents that team Obama currently stands behind.
8. Team Obama or the HDOH significantly walks back or alters some part of the version of the Obama narrative or document trail that they have thus far endorsed.
9. Savannah Guthrie, Judith Corley, John Brennan or Yusuf Acar is deposed and questioned for testimony related to Obama's fraudulent identity documents.
10. The CCP releases the full detailed results of the recently announced court certified forensic expert's evaluation of the long-form COLB.
11. The CCP or other duly vested law enforcement entity files a criminal complaint on these issues with a prosecutorial body of legitimate jurisdiction and authority.
12. Criminal charges are filed by a prosecutor in response to the above.
13. The HDOH or SSS is subjected to a court order forcing them to open up their records on Obama to investigators.
How can a DUAL citizen be a natural born Citizen? And did obama file any forms to have his American Citizenship reinstated after being adopted as an Indonesian citizen?
ReplyDeleteHave you examined the high resolution Long Form handout that the White House distributed to the Associated Press on 4/27/11 which you can find online as a .jpg file by doing a Google image search? If so, is there something evidential about it that would be helpful to the case and is that why you haven't mentioned it at all?
ReplyDeleteIt seems to me that proving Obama illegally uses SSN 042 68 4425, a number never assigned to him by the US Government, would put the icing on the eligibility cake. Has there been any further attempt to locate the records of Harrison J. Bounel through extended family or ancestors to prove that he was the original, legal owner of SSN 042 68 4425?
ReplyDeleteAs a side note to this question, I did do an Ancestry.com search which turned up a 1940 census form with the name Harry J Bounel, 50 years old, living as a lodger in Bronx, NY. I had read that this census existed, so I am hoping to use the ancestry.com system to locate family members of Mr. Bounel. Am I wasting my time???

ReplyDeleteI filed voter fraud charges in 2009 against Obama based upon information Obama supplied saying he was a native citizen and not natural born in early 2009. Added to that was information available then that the Draft Registration card was forged, Social Security number was a fraud, and the birth document had clear and open problems even then. The State of Texas Attorney General ignored the complaint as did the SOS. What confidence can we have as to the venue in which these criminal complaints will be applied?

Will these criminal charges go deep enough to wrap up those who have willfully tampered with federal documents in the Social Security Administration, Selective Service System, The National Archives, IRS, The White House staff including immediate family, INS, and any other Federal organization that is culpable in trying to hide this stinking overused out house on a hot day?
Is there a ChiCon connection between Frank Marshall Davis, Ms. Dunham (Obama's mom) and the Playboy publishing empire? Was Frank a citizen of "natural birth" if proven to be Obama's true father by DNA analysis?

"In Massachusetts – where Obama attended Harvard Law School – we find three addresses, all using the 042 Social Security number. After Obama was elected to the United States Senate in 2005, he moved into an apartment at 300 Massachusetts Ave NW; the Social Security number attached to that address is the 042 one. Yet, three years later, Obama used a different Social Security number for an address listed as: 713 Hart Senate Office Building. This was the address of his United States Senate office. This Social Security number began with 282 and was verified by the government in 2008."
ReplyDeleteThe above paragraph came from A Western Journalism article titled "The Mystery of Barack Obama Continues" that was published online in 2009 or 2010. Has there been any further attempt to verify that is was actually Obama who used these SSN's? Especially the number that begins with 282 as it seems safe to conclude that there was only 1 Barack Obama who has resided in the Hart Senate building it is connected to?

ReplyDeleteWhy there hasn’t been more of an emphasis on the phony SSNs used as late as the 2009 tax return since that proves, for the low information and argumentative groups, that Obama is zero kind of citizen? Obviously, if you have your own individual, legal SSN you don’t have to fraud one up. If you don’t and use phony ones out of necessity, you’re not a U.S. citizen…simple.

Have you investigated the zip code discrepancy on Obama’s Selective Service Registration Form? The zip code is written on the form as “96826″ for Obama's grandparents address at 1617 S. Beretania, Apt. 1008, Honolulu, HI. However, 96826 is the current-day zip code for this street address. It used to be “96814″ back in the 1970's.

So, we know the zip code was 96814 as recently as 1976 for 1617 S. Beretania, Apt. 1008, Honolulu, HI. The question then becomes, “when did zip code 96814 get changed to 96826 by the USPS? Was it BEFORE or AFTER the 1980 date on Obama’s Selective Service Registration? If it wasn’t changed until sometime AFTER 1980, the Selective Service Registration Form may have been falsified in 2008 with the forger making the mistake of using the 2008 zip code of “96826″ instead of the 1980 zip code of "96814".

ReplyDeleteI have a great question. The Cold Case Posse has raised alot of concern over Governor Abercrombie of Hawaii and his failure to locate Obama's birth certificate after an investigation. I am sure the CCP will agree the Abercrombie, Alvin Onaka, HDOH Directors Dr. Fukino and Dr. Fuddy will not cooperate with the CCP. My question - Has the CCP thought about tracking down Dr. Neal Palafox. Dr. Palafox was appointed HDOH Director by Governor Abercrombie. Dr. Palafox served a very short time before resigned apparently due to some medical scandal. Many believe though that Dr. Palafox might have resigned because of the birth certificate issue. The CCP should track Dr. Palafox and find out what he knows.

ReplyDeleteJamie - Carl and Mike have answered that. No one knows for sure - probably not. Our government system does not depend upon just ONE man. Everything he did (except exec. orders - which can be undone by the next pres) was signed off on by Congress and/or approved by the Federal courts...So you see - he did not act alone in anything he did. Something for the voters to remember!

ReplyDeleteI believe Zullo had been a Lt. in previous law enforcement position. I assume he just kept the title. This is true for people who retire from the military. They keep their rank. Another example is Governor Mike Huckabee. Governor Huckabee has not been governor in a number of years but people still call him governor. This just more nonsense produced by the obots in attempt to confuse the issue.

DeleteYour question of "when/if?" was answered by Lt. Zullo in the video above. They are not going to compromise an ongoing investigation until they have all the evidence and the proper venue to present it. Much like any murder investigation where you know who did it, but you can't file murder charges until you know they will stick.

Given that true statement, isn't it true that all of Hawaiian BCs issued to foreign born children would indicate that they were not born in Hawaii?

DeleteYou are absolutely right! Mike Zullo carries full lawful authority. However, Sheriff Arpaio is final authority and that everything Zullo does must be APPROVED by Sheriff Arpaio. So, everything that Zullo says about the CCP and Obama's birth certificate is APPROVED and SUPPORTED by Sheriff Arpaio.

The answer is NOT “The Hawaii State Department of Health”.
The correct answer is: The United States House of Representatives.
On July 27, 2009, at 6:55pm Eastern Time, the United States House of Representatives voted unanimously (378 - 0) in favor of H. RES. 593, which included the following phrase:
"Barack Obama, was born in Hawaii on August 4, 1961"
It was not until a few hours AFTER that vote that Dr. Fukino put out her 2nd Press Release, seemingly "out of the blue".
To the best of my understanding, the first person to be sent that Press Release was TerriK - [real name redacted] in an email sent just shy of 5 hours AFTER the H.Res. 593 vote:

It certainly appears that Dr. Fukino, Director of Health for the State of Hawaii, did not issue a press release saying "Barack Hussein Obama was born in Hawai‘i" until AFTER the U.S. House of Representatives said so first!

Federal Rules of Evidence
Rule 902. Self-authentication
(10) Presumptions under Acts of Congress. Any signature, document, or other matter declared by Act of Congress to be presumptively or prima facie genuine or authentic.
Wow! I didn't know that! That is quite a coincidence.

DeleteThe House had no hard copy documentary evidence to make the claim "Barack Obama, was born in Hawaii on August 4, 1961".
And the fact that the House made that claim in H.Res. 593 made that claim a "Presumption under an Act of Congress", and could have been used as a "vital record" by Dr. Fukino to make her claim that Obama was born in Hawaii.

The burden of proof is on Barack Obama.
All employees, citizens and noncitizens, hired after November 6, 1986 and working in the United States must complete a Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification.
All means ALL.
Must means MUST.
Barack Obama is legally required to verify his employment eligibility.
Barack Obama is legally required to present his employer (We the People) with a completed Form I-9 and present hardcopy documentation from the list of Acceptable Documents.
And since the office he holds requires (per Article II section 1 of the United States Constitution) that he be a "natural born citizen", there is only 1 document on that list of Accepted Documents for a Form I-9 that could be used to establish birth location and identity of parents:
a hard copy, certified, initial birth certificate.
Also, please note that a PDF file, "released" at a URL on the web, is not on the list of Accepted Documents. Therefore, IT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE DOCUMENTATION.
DeleteYes, the PDF is a forgery. But even if it were completely valid, it would NOT be acceptable documentation for a Form I-9 to Verify Barack Obama's Employment Eligibility.
If everything is legitimate, then there is no excuse for Barack Obama and Joe Biden to have not submitted their legally-required Form I-9 and acceptable hardcopy documentation to verify that they are natural born citizens, eligible to hold the office of President of the United States.
Once the documentation is produced, then it is a matter of whether or not the verified birth record qualifies them as natural born citizens, as "natural born citizen" was construed by the United States Supreme Court in the case of Minor vs. Happersett, i.e. "children born in a country of parents who were its citizens":
"The Fourteenth Amendment did not affect the citizenship of women any more than it did of men. In this particular, therefore, the rights of Mrs. Minor do not depend upon the amendment.

The Constitution does not in words say who shall be natural-born citizens. Resort must be had elsewhere to ascertain that. The Minor Court said that natural born citizens do not need the 14th Amendment in order to be considered citizens.

And Obama's own campaign web site in 2008 said:
"Obama became a citizen at birth under the first section of the 14th Amendment".
That was later scrubbed, presumably when the Obama campaign realized that the Minor court said that natural born citizens don't need the 14th Amenmdent, and if Obama admitted that his citizenship claims were based on the 14th Amendment, then that is an admission that he's not a natural born citizen... just like the later admission that he was born a British subject because his father was a British subject.
Continuing the discussion of the Constitution, power, and duty, let's look at section 3 of the 20th Amendment and how it relates to Article II section 1...
Every member of Congress has sworn an oath of office to support and defend the Constitution of the United States of America.
They have a sworn duty to support and defend all of the Constitution, and that obviously includes Article II Section 1:
"No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty-five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States."
And section 3 of the 20th Amendment:
"...if the President elect shall have failed to qualify, then the Vice President elect shall act as President until a President shall have qualified; and the Congress may by law provide for the case wherein neither a President elect nor a Vice President elect shall have qualified, declaring who shall then act as President, or the manner in which one who is to act shall be selected, and such person shall act accordingly until a President or Vice President shall have qualified."
Members of Congress have a Constitutional duty to qualify the President and Vice-President. They should request the original, initial birth certificate for both Barack Hussein Obama II and Joseph Robinette Biden, Jr.
And once the original, initial birth certificates have been verified, look at what the Supreme Court called a "natural born citizen" in the case of Minor v. Happersett:
"born in a country of parents who were its citizens"
Congress has both the power and the duty to act if and when the President or Vice-President fail to qualify to hold those offices.
Barack Obama was adopted by Hartford and Mary Black Eagle in May 2008 (becomming "Awe Kooda Bilaxpak Kuxshish"). That adoption might have been used as a pretext to changing Obama's vital records on file with the State of Hawaii. Vital records can be altered by adoptions. I'm not saying it was, I'm saying that it could have been used for that purpose. And why was his adoptive Native American mother told that she was "going to have to adopt Barack Obama"?

ReplyDeleteIn many ways the County Sheriff is our last line of defense and can create all manor of havoc when it comes to the Federal Government because they are elected and they don't have to be cops by the way.
I believe that it may be possible for a County Sheriff or Sheriffs in many in Counties to issue arrest warrants for Obama and company for an alphabet soup of charges ranging from identity theft to mail fraud, to forgery and so on. If a couple hundred county Sheriffs all fired up arrest warrants for the big O the proverbial s$%t would hit the fan.
I say do it! Congress will have no choice but get involved and BO will not be safe in most states if there is an open arrest warrant that has more power than the Feds waiting for Air Force One.
I don't know if this forum is still open, but I would like to expand on my questions a bit since Mike was kind enough to answer. While I found his answer to be unsatisfactory, I do understand it, and I'm therefore reluctant to ask again, but here goes anyways:
ReplyDeleteSince the White House posted, on April 15, 2010, an unflattened copy of Mr. Obama's 2009 tax return that clearly showed his SSN to be 042 68 4425, it is a forgone conclusion that this is the SSN number he uses now. He (or someone, under his authority) posted his tax return, and he owns that SSN. Whether or not you believe Mr. Obama was issued that number legally, or uses it fraudulently, it is a fact that he has claimed it. No additional proof necessary.
Now, going back to one of my earlier questions above, I posted a paragraph from a Western Journalism article titled "The Mystery of Barack Obama Continues" where the author Steve Baldwin states "...three years later, Obama used a different Social Security number for an address listed as: 713 Hart Senate Office Building. This was the address of his United States Senate office. This Social Security number began with 282 and was verified by the government in 2008."
Has anybody bothered to ask Mr. Baldwin who in the government verified the 282 number? Or Mr. Floyd Brown? If they have this verification, then with little further investigation OR expense, the CCP could present solid evidence proving that MR. Obama did use at least 2 of the many SSN's attached to his name.
Since Mr. Obama has provided no evidence that he was adopted by Stanley Ann Dunham, nor is there any reason to believe he is an unwilling participant in the Witness Protection Program, why/how could he legally possess even 2 Social Security Numbers?
