The bottom line
is this – either Dr. Ford is lying (yes, I actually dared to suggest that), or ... Judge Kavanaugh is lying.
I know that the “politically
correct” thing for me to say, even in the face of the more obvious truth, is
something like what all the media is saying - and what every congressperson is
saying: “Well, we believe something
happened to Dr. Ford. Bless her heart.”
Except
… that’s not what she is solemnly swearing.
She is firmly
attesting, not that “some mere-something”
happened to her, but that Brett Kavanaugh himself committed a sexual assault upon her.
And, she has clearly demonstrated that she is more than willing to destroy this
man, his family, his reputation, and career – past and present – in order to
stick by her claim. Again, her claim is not that “something happened, by
someone.”
I will say it again. Either she is lying, or Kavanaugh is lying. Plain and simple. It couldn’t be any more straightforward than this.

But, could it be
that Dr. Ford is simply mistaken, and “thinks” Kavanaugh committed the assault upon her?
Yes, that’s possible. But here's the problem. She has now, before the eyes of the world, adamantly testified otherwise. She testified, according to a CNN report, that she is 100% certain it was Kavanaugh. She has been asked if she might be mistaken, but she categorically denied even the possibility of it.
So – with this plain fact in mind – let me say it yet one more time - Either she is lying, or he is lying. Please forgive me. I am sorry to be so redundant in my thesis, but I am well aware that there will be some who are reading this article who may need that extra jolt of truth.

The fact remains. Dr. Ford has
never even come close to saying that “something happened to me by someone.” So, why is everyone
putting those words in her mouth?
Simple. The preponderance of the evidence indicates she is, more than likely, lying – and anyone
with brains and the ability to conduct deductive reasoning knows it. This is a
horribly inconvenient fact for the MSM and the leftist Democrats.
No Evidence - No Conviction
Even Rachel Mitchell, the former prosecutor and sex-crimes specialist who conducted the Senate hearing questioning said she "would not prosecute," as reported in USA TODAY.
Rachel Mitchell,
the Arizona prosecutor who questioned Christine Blasey Ford at Thursday's
Senate Judiciary Committee, privately told GOP senators she would not prosecute Supreme
Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh based on the evidence she heard.
There it is. She,
as a prosecutor, would not even allow Dr. Ford’s case to go to trial. Why? Dr.
Ford’s “evidence” and “testimony” doesn’t hold up. Either Ms. Mitchell thinks
Dr. Ford is lying – or, almost as bad, she thinks that Dr. Ford doesn’t even
come close to proving her allegations against Brett Kavanaugh. So, guess what.
Judge Kavanaugh has to be declared “not guilty.” Anyone remember the
jurisprudence stance of our constitutional republic and the rule of law – and our
constitutional rights? Anyone remember “Presumed
innocent, until proven guilty?”
Ms. Mitchell
said, “There’s not enough evidence to bring this to an actual trial.”
Therefore, Brett Kavanaugh can be “suspected” of guilt by anyone who wishes to
go down that road (although they would never tolerate such a stance, if the
charges were against themselves), but they cannot rightly declare him “guilty.” Not in a constitutional republic. A third
world country perhaps. A banana republic for sure. But not in America.
A Telling Inconsistency
Want to know another huge clue that Ford is lying? When she testified before the Senate, she used a "teenager, little-girl voice" with a whiny intonation throughout. Does anyone really believe that this is how she speaks in everyday life? Is this the tone she uses as a professor, before her classes? Nope. Go to the website "Rate My Professors" and look at the comments from her own students.
She was obviously "coached" to present herself in this manner. I've seen this tactic before while serving in my law enforcement career.
Here are a few selected quotes from some of her students. I post these only so that you can ask yourself, "Did we see the real Dr. Ford at the Senate Hearings?"
Many dislike Professor Ford due to her dark personality, "matter of factness," and high expectations.
Her personality is polarizing
You know, she's a tough cookie and may not be that personable
Do not take her class. she is unclear with directions. Hard grader and talks for 2hr 45min without giving a break. she is exact opposite of what she teaches. empowering??? not at all
One could rightly argue that Judge Kavanaugh does not weep and scream when he is presiding as a Judge, either. True enough. The difference is that Judge Kavanaugh simply expressed a wide-range of raw emotion - real emotion - contextually appropriate for the charges against him and the case he was pleading before a stacked-deck of mainstream media fake news "reporters", Senators, and a politically-correct crazed society.
Dr. Ford, on the other hand, never changed her intonation. Never changed her expression. Even when she "tried" to cry - she couldn't! She was coached to gain sympathy by playing the "innocent little girl card." After her testimony was over - she all of a sudden changed to "all smiles" and laughter. Strange? Absolutely. The charade was pretty obvious to anyone who was really paying attention to the matters of body language and overall presentation style.
Suspicious Connections
Here's another suspicious, and inconvenient, fact. The Gateway Pundit reports that Dr. Ford "Published Eight studies about “Abortion Pill” and Works for Company that Produces It." Gee, what a coincidence, considering that Judge Kavanaugh is staunchly pro-life and just might upset the Roe v Wade slaughter machine if confirmed. Hmm. Surely this is just a coincidence - right?
In addition to all this, Dr. Michael Savage, on his official website claims that Dr. Ford has deep ties to the CIA (sorry about the ALL-CAPS - this is how it was printed on Dr. Savage's website):

According to that NYP article, each man contacted members of the Senate Committee, separately. They each gave details of their attack on Dr. Ford - occurring within the time frame she describes. FBI Investigation?
Here’s where we are as of now. Judge Kavanaugh has to be declared "presumed innocent.” Why? There’s no hard evidence otherwise. None. In fact, the only evidence that even comes close to being truly corroborated falls on his side - not hers.
By the way. I am a firm
believer in the continued FBI investigation (limited in time, of course). Why? Because I think Kavanaugh is
really guilty? No. Not at this point I don't. I want the FBI to
investigate, because I think that we will soon discover that Dr. Ford is lying. And if that is so, then she is doing it for the purpose of destroying a sitting Federal Judge and his family.
Now, that would be
an actual crime. One that could truly be prosecuted - with verifiable evidence. It would also be a crime for which Dr. Ford should go to prison. In the real-world that is.
My prayer is that, soon, the Lord will reveal the truth of the matter to us all - regardless which way the real truth falls. Of course, if it is clearly discovered that Judge Kavanaugh is lying - then, I will apologize, and firmly support any legal sanctions that should then be taken against him. But - I don't think that day will ever come. We shall see.
