BANGKOK, Thailand - Taking a break from deficit negotiations for a whirlwind tour of southeast Asia, President Obama joked this afternoon as he toured a sacred Buddhist temple that he could use some prayer to help reach a budget deal.
"We're working on this budget, we're going to need a lot of prayer for that," the president told a monk at the Wat Pho Royal Monastery.
The president later explained the quip at a joint press conference with Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra. "I always believe in prayer," he said. "If a Buddhist monk is wishing me well, I'm going to take whatever good vibes he can give me to try to deal with some challenges back home."
Buddhism is spiritual Atheism. They have no belief in a Deity. The Buddha taught self-awareness and self-righteousness - the exact opposite of the teachings of Jesus. It is time the church in America held this man accountable on his claim to the cross. It's time for Barack to choose.

Where are the Pauls of today...How many mega churches would cut ties with the Government and give up their 501C3 status which makes them take orders from the Gov, to perform same sex marriages, and tell the pastors to use Gods word to preach not to resist Government...

Where does this man come from? He seems to have so many minion..Maybe this is Gods way of helping the Christian to truly turn from the world. I have a carnal side from birth.But I thank God everyday for the Word,the Cross, the Blood of Jesus Christ, and mostly the assurance of the reseruction. This is what I have..This is all I need...Alan
