CREATION SCIENCE EVANGELIST DR. KENT HOVIND PRESENTS SEMINAR IN DALLAS, TEXAS
Creation Science Evangelist Dr. Kent Hovind will present a seminar entitled "Creation, The Flood, and The Coming Judgment" on Friday, October 9th from 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. and Saturday, October 10th from 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. at Mount Olive Church of Plano, 300 Chisholm Place in Plano, Texas. Dr. Hovind is arguably the most famous, feared, and notable creation science speaker and debater. He was a science teacher for 15 years before starting a full-time creation science ministry. Hovind has traveled all over the world presenting seminars on creation, the flood, and dinosaurs. He debated more than 100 college professors and scientists concerning creation versus evolution and produced a well-known seven-part creation series translated into 32 languages.
Hovind spent nearly a decade in federal prison for allegedly violating IRS employer tax laws and for "structuring" bank transactions, a charge the IRS commissioner himself in February of 2015 admitted had been applied inappropriately against law-abiding citizens all across the nation. In addition, Hovind faced new charges of mail fraud in March of 2015 for mailing a lis pendens or "lien pending" for ministry property that was seized and put up for sale by the federal government. It was then that supporters of Dr. Hovind began a fierce publicity campaign to "Free Kent Hovind." The mail fraud charges were dropped in May of 2015 and Dr. Hovind was freed on July 8, 2015. Hovind and his supporters currently hold the federal government in contempt for continuing to imprison one of Hovind's ministry's trustees, Paul J. Hansen, for contempt of court.
