As Carl Gallups (PPSIMMONS founder and host of Freedom Friday With Carl Gallups) and Mike Zullo (lead investigator of the Sheriff Joe Arpaio Cold Case Posse) have been telling us, things are moving closer to bringing the fraudulent Obama birth certificate case to a level of federal prosecution.
According to Zullo, there are increasing numbers
of people, whom he refers to as “VIPs,” that will not only bring the case to
the public light, but also to a high level of legal prosecution.
Gallups (pictured at left) tells us that VIPs, in this case, are
only people who can actually move this case to a prosecution level. Gallups
says, “We are not fooling with people who are just curious or who have a desire
to simply be “in the loop” of information. We are now dealing with people who
have the connections, money, authority, and standing to actually move the case
forward into the arena of full public knowledge and, as stated before, full
prosecution.” Gallups went on to say, “These are people with relatively
unrestrained financial abilities, media exposure, and most importantly – a deep
desire to see our Constitutional Republic restored and protected.”
When asked if the Sheriff Joe Arpaio Cold Case Posse was absolutely
certain of their evidential findings in the case, Zullo confirmed, “We
recently discovered new irrefutable evidence, which confirms, hands down, the
document [birth certificate] is a fraud.”
“The problem isn’t the evidence,” said Zullo,
“The problem has been getting people who can do something about it to attend an
evidence presentation. That fact is finally changing. We are now in the process
of having meetings with people of standing, people who have the authority and
the desire to move this case forward. The tide is shifting. Many VIPs are
getting on board this monumental case. This case is shaping up to be the
biggest fraud ever perpetrated on the American people. It may be the biggest
fraud ever perpetrated upon any people of any society in world history.”
Zullo went on to say, “In the last several weeks,
the meeting invitations and new VIPs desiring to come on board this case have
been piling up. The American public will soon see the results of all of this
behind-the-scenes work. The detractors desperately desire to have more of the
details so that they may engage in disinformation tactics. We will not give
them that information or opportunity. When this case hits the public arena, it
will hit hard and it will be far-reaching. For these reasons, the VIPs, the
meetings, etc. have to be kept in the strictest of confidence.”
The long form birth certificate proffered by
Obama and the Obama administration, and posted on the White House website, has
not authenticated by anyone, which Zullo said makes it “just a piece of paper.”
“There is nothing legal about this document at all,” Zullo said.
Zullo also pointed out the birth certificate is
printed on safety paper that was never used by the state of Hawaii during the
period of time the document was supposedly produced.
Reminding everyone there has been a media
blackout of Sheriff Arpaio's investigation for the last five years on the issue, Zullo said he now sees a very
bright light at the end of the tunnel and asks people to be patient just a
little while longer. When asked when this information may come to public light,
Zullo responded, “If all goes according to plan - possibly mid-summer. But, a three
to six month window is still very plausible.”
THE COLD CASE POSSE WILL ASSIST IN THE ALABAMA SUPREME
COURT CASE AGAINST OBAMA!
Attorney Larry Klayman, who is
the founder of Judicial Watch and Freedom Watch, presently has an Obama
eligibility case on appeal in the Alabama Supreme Court. Judge Roy Moore is on
that court.
Klayman is representing 2012
Constitution Party presidential nominee Virgil Goode and Alabama Republican
Party leader Hugh McInnish. Goode and McInnish are asking the court to compel
Secretary of State Beth Chapman to confirm that all candidates on the state’s
2012 ballot were qualified and duly eligible to serve in the stated positions.
Mike Zullo has confirmed to
PPSIMMONS in an EXCLUSIVE interview that the Maricopa County Cold Case Posse
will assist in the Alabama Supreme Court case. Zullo said, “We still have a potential criminal case
pending as well. We will be careful to protect the evidence that will be used in that criminal case, however, Sheriff Arpaio wants us to fully cooperate with Alabama
and Justice Moore in this case because the CCP is now pulling out all the stops.
We are stepping this up at all levels possible. This will be the only civil
case in which we, the CCP, have ever participated. But we, and Sheriff Arpaio, feel it is extremely
important to do so.”

DeleteI don't think anyone is saying he isn't a citizen. His mother was an American citizen so even if he was born in Kenya; he would still be a citizen... just not a natural born citizen and not eligible to be President.
ReplyDeleteHe hasn't spent millions to keep his school records and birth certificate sealed for nothing. He knows he isn't eligible giving him full foreknowledge of his crimes. The SSN is yet another issue to be resolved. There is a lot that's very fishy with the guy. I'm glad there are good people at work exposing this fraud.
I'm stating that the "illegal alien" is just that, an ILLEGAL ALIEN--not eligible to be in the United States, and NOT ELIGIBLE to be our President. What is wrong with you people who think he IS a citizen of the USA?

And all evidence point to the fact she gave birth to barack hussein obama in Kenya when she was 17 or 18 years of age . Only 21 people came to the USA from Kenya in 1961, and the Kenyan government has said that Obama and his mother were NOT two of them, and the Hawaii government (officials of both parties, plus the Index Data plus the birth notices in the Hawaii newspapers in 1961) say that Obama was born in Hawaii.

The answer to you is that Obama has shown a legal birth certificate from Hawaii, and ALSO the officials of both parties in Hawaii have confirmed that they sent it to him. And ALSO, they confirmed that the facts on the image of it that the White House has online are EXACTLY the same as on what they sent to him. And ALSO there are the birth notices in the Hawaii newspapers, which appeared in a section of the newspapers called "Health Bureau Statistics"---and as the name indicates, an d as both the DOH and the papers confirm---only the Health Bureau, the DOH, could send notices to that section of the papers, and 1961 the DOH only sent out birth notices for births IN Hawaii.
And ALSO, there is the Hawaii teacher who wrote home to her father, named Stanley, after being told of the birth in Hawaii of a child to a woman named Stanley, by a doctor at Kapiolani Hospital.
These are the FACTS, the reality. It is you who are drinking the Kool-aid. and you are doing it without birthers even having showed that Obama's mother had a passport in 1961. You are doing it based on birther sites that have lied and claimed that Obama's Kenyan grandmother said that he was born in Kenya---when the complete tape-recorded call shows that she said repeatedly that Obama was born IN HAWAII, "where his father was studying at the time." And, BTW, the Kenyan government has stated that it investigated the "born in Kenya" story---and that it is NOT TRUE.

(1) Obama’s relatives would have had to have been rich enough (and they weren’t. In 1961 Obama’s grandfather was a furniture salesman, and his grandmother was a low-level employee in a bank, and his father went from Kenya to Hawaii on a free flight) and dumb enough to send their daughter at high risk of stillbirth to a foreign country to give birth—-—despite there being fine hospitals in Hawaii;
(2) Obama’s mother would have had to have traveled overseas ALONE (since WND has proven with a FOI Act request that Obama senior stayed in Hawaii throughout 1961) and somehow got Obama back to the USA without getting him entered on her US passport or getting a visa for him (which would have had to have been applied for in a US consulate in that country and the records would still exist);
(3) got the officials in Hawaii to record his birth in Hawaii despite (as birthers claim) his being born in another country and somehow got the teacher who wrote home to her father, named Stanley, about the birth in Hawaii of a child to a woman named Stanley to lie (and since the woman’s father’s name really was Stanley, she would have had to have found one of the very few women with fathers of that name to do it).
If you sincerely believe that Obama could have been born in a foreign country, then you could answer all three points. For Obama to have been born in a foreign country, all three would have had to have happened.
So, the question is, what are the chances that all three happened?
Obama is not using a stolen SS card. There are millions of data entry errors in the Social Security files, and those data entry errors lead to issuing SS numbers from the wrong states. A single digit hit wrong in entering a zip code generates a SS number from the wrong state. And only birther "experts" have claimed that Obama's Birth Certificate is forged, and they are neither real experts nor fair and impartial-----which is why they are not believed by Ann Coulter, Glenn Beck or the National Review, or by MItt Romney, Paul Ryan or Gingrich or Santorum or Huckabee, etc.
Obama's selective service registration card WAS forged, however. But that does not help birthers at all. Why not, you may ask? Because, duh, it was forged by the person who posted it, who was---wait for it--not Obama or any representative of Obama. The fellow who posted it did not even CLAIM to have gotten it from Obama, so how could Obama have had it forged?
Your entire 'post' is a pile of horse sh-t! Ann Coulter, Mitt Romney et. al. NEVER made statements that Obama's birth certificate is legitimate; quite the contrary, in fact, as each of these people you mention have made statements that they are certain that the 'illegal alien" is just that, an I L L E G A L A L I E N!

And, guess what, not a single member of the 535 members of Congress voted not to confirm Obama's election in either the 2008 or 2012 elections---and you think that at least one would have voted against or at least said something if she or he thought that Obama was an illegal alien. And, guess what, not a single member of the US Electoral College changed her or his vote from Obama to McCain or Obama to Mitt Romney in the 2008 or 2012 elections. IN past elections it was fairly frequent for one or two electors to not vote the way that their states did, and in 2008 and 2012 birthers had letter writing campaigns to the Electors asking them to change---but one of of them did. NOT ONE. Obama received 356 Electoral votes in the general election in 2008, and 356 Electors voted for him. Obama received 332 Electoral votes in the general election of 2012 and 332 Electors voted for him.
NOT ONE of them believed either that Obama was born in a foreign country or that two citizen parents are required in order to be a Natural Born Citizen. (That's because the meaning Natural Born Citizen comes from the common law and refers to the place of birth.)
