MORE EVIDENCE OF OBAMA REGIME’S ATTEMPT TO SQUELCH THE FIRST AMENDMENT, SILENCE CRITIQUE OF RADICAL ISLAMICS

MORE EVIDENCE OF OBAMA REGIME’S ATTEMPT TO SQUELCH THE FIRST AMENDMENT, SILENCE CRITIQUE OF RADICAL ISLAMICS

by Sharon Rondeau

Putative U.S. Attorney William C. Killian is an Obama appointee who favors Muslims’ “civil rights” over those of American citizens
(May 31, 2013) — On June 4, U.S. Attorney William C. Killian will be speaking in Knoxville on “exercising freedom of religion” as it pertains to Muslims in America.
The director of the Knoxville office of the FBI, Kenneth Moore, will join Killian for the presentation.  According to The Tullahoma News, Killian and Moore “will provide input on how civil rights can be violated by those who post inflammatory documents targeted at Muslims on social media.”
Killian is quoted as having said that “Internet postings that violate civil rights are subject to federal jurisdiction.”
In George Orwell’s 1984, people were arrested and placed in institutions for “re-education” for what they said or even what the government claimed they were thinking.  Big Brother was always watching.
The Knoxville FBI has failed to investigate numerous reports of massive corruption from citizens, victims and the press over the last four years but is giving seminars with the apparent intent to chill the First Amendment rights of average citizens and propagandize on “Muslim culture.”
Reporters have been threatened on numerous occasions by the Obama regime for attempting to report on the activities of government under the First Amendment.
The U.S. Department of Justice, of which Killian is a part, has been accused of violating the First Amendment after revelations that it obtained phone records of an unknown number of Associated Press reporters and three employees of Fox News became public.  Putative Attorney General Eric Holder is now under investigation for perjury in the cases of the Benghazi terrorist attack and the Fast & Furious gunrunning program.
The FBI also reports to the Justice Department.  On May 23, The Post & Email asked if the FBI was being used by the Obama regime as a “political tool.”
Some have predicted that Holder will be forced to resign and compared Obama to Richard Nixon, who was forced to resign in disgrace when his part in the Watergate cover-up was exposed.
The Obama IRS admitted that it targeted “conservative” organizations just before an Inspector General report was issued showing a pattern of denial, harassment and intrusive questioning on the part of IRS employees beginning in at least 2010.  However, some believe the attack on the opposition began much earlier.
On April 30, 2012, The Post & Email reported that Tennessee law enforcers, in conjunction with federal government departments, had been trained with materials designed to demonizethe characters of Darren Huff and Walter Francis Fitzpatrick, III by characterizing them as violent “extremists.”  The program was assembled by the FBI, U.S. Department of Justice, Bureau of Justice Assistance, Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, the Southern Poverty Law Center, and local law enforcement.
Huff, a U.S. Navy veteran, was arrested on two alleged federal firearms violations on April 30, 2010, ten days after he traveled to Madisonville, TN to attend a court hearing for Fitzpatrick.  No crime was committed, and, contrary to an affidavit signed by FBI Special Agent Mark van Balen, no one was named, apprehended, arrested or approached for carrying a gun.
Without any eyewitnesses for Huff having testified, Huff’s jury declared a “hung” verdict on one charge and an acquittal on the other, after which Judge Thomas Varlan told the jury to “try again.”
Despite a public report generated by an FBI agent stating that Huff had carried firearms with him that day, Huff had locked his legally-owned weapons in the toolbox of his truck in the presence of Tennessee Highway Patrolmen before reaching Madisonville and did not remove them when he arrived.
Fitzpatrick had attempted to arrest the Monroe County, TN de facto grand jury foreman on April 1, 2010 for over-serving his term according to state law and was himself arrested, resulting in a five-day incarceration and the April 20, 2010 hearing.  On that day, more than 100 police officers, FBI agents, TBI officers, county sheriffs and deputies, and Tennessee Highway Patrolmen descended on the small town of Madisonville in purported anticipation of a “takeover of the courthouse” which no one had planned or even discussed.
An Obama operative, William L. Bryan, took responsibility for contacting the FBI about the alleged plot.  Bryan was never prosecuted for submitting a false report to the FBI.  A group of Obama operatives which included Bryan admitted in its online forum to contacting then-Madisonville Mayor Allan Watson to alert him to the alleged “takeover” plot which in actuality never existed.
Someone identified as a “White House attorney” is part of the Obama support group, having guest-hosted their radio show in September 2010.
Fitzpatrick has accused Killian and Obama of treason against the United States.
As reported in The Wall Street Journal on April 17, 2009, just before Obama took office, the FBI was instructed to launch a program entitled “Operation Vigilant Eagle,” which wasdesigned to identify signs that returning military veterans might join “extremist” groups.
A report issued by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) on April 7, 2009 claimed that “returning veterans,” along with proponents of the Second Amendment and the deportation of illegal immigrants, could become “radicalized.”  In what appears to be a disinformation campaign, DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano defended the report on NBC and attempted to assure the public that “constitutional rights” would not be violated.
The “Sovereign Citizen” training program is being taught across the country and demonizes Christians, government protesters, First and Second Amendment supporters, and “birthers,” who question the constitutional eligibility of Barack Hussein Obama to serve as president.  Obama’s long-form birth certificate has been proven by a law enforcement investigation to be a “computer-generated forgery,” the evidence of which will be shared with the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers’ Conference on Friday and Saturday.
Alternative media are now asking if DHS is itself a “terrorist organization” for retaliating against a Border Patrol agent after she notified the FBI that 23 illegals were allowed to cross the border without apprehension in what appeared to be a purposeful lack of resources on a high-risk date.
The U.S. military has also been infused with Islamic “sensitivity” training, although radical Islam was declared the enemy whom American soldiers were fighting after the 9/11 attacks which killed nearly 3,000 on U.S. soil.

Fitzpatrick obtained 12 statements, five of which were sworn  from eyewitnesses in Madisonville on April 20 who stated that no one was carrying a gun and confirmed that Darren Huff was not located where van Balen’s affidavit said he was when he allegedly posed a risk to the courthouse with other “armed” individuals.  The Post & Email has declared the deployment of the officers on April 20, 2010 a false flag operation.
“This is as totalitarian as it gets,” Fitzpatrick told The Post & Email.  “They’re going after white male vets.  Mr. Obama is trying to destroy anybody who stands for the United States Constitution.”
In August of last year, a former Marine and veteran of both the Afghanistan and Iraq wars was arrested after the FBI claimed that several “complaints” were filed about his Facebook posts which were flagged as “critical of government.”  Brandon Raub was then held against his will for six days in a psychiatric facility but ordered released by a federal judge who said that no evidence of Raub’s risk to society existed.
The Rutherford Institute, a First Amendment organization, has filed a lawsuit on Raub’s behalf seeking “unspecified damages.” Rutherford has raised the question of a rising police state with unwarranted surveillance of citizens.
In December 2010, Holder spoke to a group of Muslims who publicly stated that they would not cooperate “in federal terrorism investigations” to express his “gratitude” for their help in “promoting tolerance, ensuring public safety and protecting civil rights.”
While the FBI was tasked to find and stop “extremism” before it culminated in violence or harm to others, it ignored the warnings of the Russian government of the terrorist activity of Tamerlan Tsarnaev, an ethnic Chechen Muslim who, with his younger brother, exploded two pressure-cooker bombs at the Boston Marathon on April 15, killing three and wounding more than 260.
After interviewing the elder Tsarnaev and his parents, who have returned to Russia, the FBI determined that there was no threat.  Tsarnaev had traveled to Russia in January of last year, where he remained for six months, and is suspected of having received terrorist training.  The Russian government stated that both Tsarnaev and his mother were being monitoredfor possible radical activity.
Tsarnaev posted radical videos on his website but was reportedly not considered a threat by the FBI.  He and his brother are now under suspicion of having killed three young men in 2011.
After having prosecuted Huff for clearly political reasons, Killian will be “instructing” attendees to Tuesday’s program of “Muslims and their civil rights.”  His stated responsibilities as a U.S. attorney are “representing the legal interest of the United States and prosecuting federal criminal violations throughout the district’s 41 counties.”  Killian has stated of Muslims that “although terrorist acts have been committed by some in the faith, they are no different from those in other religions.”
Obama has appointed several Muslims with ties to The Muslim Brotherhood, which seeks to destroy America, to prominent positions in government.  When he ran for president in 2008, he promised to “fundamentally transform the United States of America.”
Obama was reportedly “steeped in Islam” when he began attending a Black Liberation Theology church in Chicago.  His Joint Chiefs of Staff destroyed the career of U.S. Army Lt. Col. Matthew Dooley for performing his job, which was to instruct soldiers on the dangers of radical Islam.
