Outreach: A Jew seeks Yeshua‏!

www.messiahofisraelministries.org

Jews are taught that they cannot understand the Tanach (Hebrew Bible - Old Testament) without rabbinic interpretation. They are also taught not to read the New Testament. Because of this, they don't understand how the Messianic Prophecies in the Hebrew Bible were fulfilled by Messiah Yeshua (Jesus). They are still looking for the Messiah to come (and He will come again), not understanding that Yeshua came (the first time) to give Himself as a sacrifice for the sins of humanity and that He is the only way of salvation.

What is ironic about this situation is that those who first believed in Yeshua as the Messiah were Jews. The rabbis of that time period and afterwards were well aware of the many Messianic prophecies which were claimed to be fulfilled by Yeshua. In fact," several ancient rabbinic sources understood Isaiah 53 as referring to the Messiah" (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Servant_songs  - section "Jewish interpretation"). However, this interpretation was rejected because of the claim that Yeshua fulfilled Isaiah 53 as the Suffering Servant who died for the sins of humanity, and replaced with the traditional Jewish interpretation that the Suffering Servant is a metaphor referring to the Jewish people and the nation of Israel. This has prevented the Jewish people from seeing that Yeshua is the Messiah.

The Bible says in Romans 10:17 "Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God (the Word of Messiah)." But how can the Holy Spirit open the eyes of the Jewish people to the truth if they are blinded by rabbinic interpretations that hide the truth?

Given this situation, it is truly amazing that God selected the greatest rabbi of our time - Rabbi Yitzhak Kaduri - to reveal the truth that Yeshua is the Messiah (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yitzhak_Kaduri). Before his death, Rabbi Kaduri revealed that he had seen the Messiah (in visions/dreams). In a handwritten note he left to be opened one year after his death, he revealed the name of the Messiah: Yehoshua (Yeshua/Jesus). This revelation rocked the rabbinic establishment which has been doing everything possible to hide this truth from the Jewish people. But God did not reveal this great truth to Rabbi Kaduri only to have it hidden from the world. Through the book and DVD, The Rabbi Who Found Messiah by Carl Gallups, we are sharing this great truth throughout Israel and the world. Surely it is no coincidence that several of Rabbi Kaduri's own students are a part of this ministry and the discipleship programs.

Outreach: A Jew Seeks Yeshua

As the team was praying, Zev began sharing the Good News of Yeshua with many. A Jew named Gidi told Zev that the Bible cannot be understood without the interpretations of the rabbis. With love and compassion, Zev explained to Gidi that we can read the Tanach and understand it by the guidance of the Holy Spirit. Zev took the book, The Rabbi Who Found Messiah, and asked Gidi if Rabbi Kaduri was a valid interpreter? Gidi's tone immediately changed. He said: "Yes. He was much more than an interpreter, he was the greatest rabbi ever." When Gidi saw the picture of Rabbi Kaduri on the book cover, he became very interested and excited. He asked Zev if Kaduri talks about the Tanach in the book. Zev explained: "The book is written about Kaduri's life, and how he received revelation of the Messiah, who is the living Tanach." This PUZZLED Gidi and he wanted to find out more by reading the book.

Gidi fascinated by Kaduri's note: Yeshua is the Messiah
Together, Zev and Gidi read many passages in the book. When Gidi read Kaduri's note that revealed Yeshua is the Messiah, he was in total shock. He said: "If this is true, why have I not heard it until now?" Zev explained: "The media and the rabbis have done everything possible to hide the truth. But you see the greatest rabbi knew Yeshua is the Messiah."

Glory to Yeshua! The Holy Spirit was working on Gidi. He asked to see where in the Tanach it tells about the Messiah. Zev opened the Bible to Micah 5:2 -

"But as for you, Bethlehem Ephrathah,
Too little to be among the clans of Judah,
From you One will go forth for Me to be ruler in Israel.
His goings forth are from long ago,
From the days of eternity."

Zev then read Zechariah 9:9, Psalm 22, Isaiah 53, Genesis 49:10
and many more passages. After hearing the Word of God, Gidi was stunned for awhile. Zev encouraged him to read the Written Word of God.

Gidi seeking Yeshua in the Word. Praise Yeshua.
We pray for Gidi's salvation as he will be joining one of our ministry descipleship programs. There is no doubt about it. We are in the End Times.

"For I do not want you, brethren, to be uninformed of this mystery-so that you will not be wise in your own estimation-that a partial hardening has happened to Israel until the fullness of the Gentiles has come in." (Romans 11:25)
"but whenever a person turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away" (2 Corinthians 3:16).

The Kaduri revival is exploding in Israel like never before. We give ALL the glory to the Lion of the Tribe of Judah, Yeshua the Messiah. Amen.
