"It's kind of like church," Obama said. "Our faith journey isn't just about showing up on Sunday for a good sermon and good music and a good meal. It's about what we do Monday through Saturday as well, especially in those quiet moments, when the spotlight's not on us, and we're making those daily choices about how to live our lives.
"We see that in the life of Jesus Christ. Jesus didn't limit his ministry to the four walls of the church," she said. "He was out there fighting injustice and speaking truth to power every single day. He was out there spreading a message of grace and redemption to the least, the last, and the lost. And our charge is to find Him everywhere, every day by how we live our lives."
Obama, who is not a regular churchgoer, said citizenship like the practice of faith is "not a once-a-week kind of deal."

"Our charge is to find Him everywhere, every day by how we live our lives."??? No, Michelle. Our charge is to serve the living Christ as BORN AGAIN, adopted children who once admitted that we are sinners who are utterly helpless to save ourselves. The "redemtion" message taught by Jesus is one of total depravity and total dependence on Him.
Notice how the Obama's always speak of Jesus in the past-tense. Jesus is alive today and we are all accoutable to Him now for what we do about His finished work on the cross, not how many hours we dedicate to the Obama campaign or how much money we give to the DNC.
Shame on the abortion-supporting, sodomy-endorsing, socialism-promoting Obama's for trying to drag Jesus into their support circle. Hopefully the American people won't be fooled by this sophistry.
Give you life to Jesus Michelle. Don't just pull His name out whenever the political winds shift in that particular religious direction. Do it now.
