The POTUS has violated Section 1021(b)(2) of the NDAA act -
An act that HE put into law.
This section allows for the indefinite detention of U.S. citizens on "suspicion of providing substantial support" to groups engaged in hostilities against the U.S .such as Al Qaeda and the Taliban.
The detention provisions also pertains to Americans who have given substantial support to terrorists or other associated groups. Do not the Syrian rebels (known terrorists) fall into this category? How about the Muslim Brotherhood (parent organization of Al Qaeda) in Libya and Egypt (and the White House)?
Obama does have an "out," however: He most likely is NOT an American citizen!
