theulstermanreport - President Obama’s speech at the Brandenburg Gate in Berlin today was a stage director’s nightmare. The president was sweating profusely – you could see the outlines of his undershirt. There were ghostly reflections off the protective glass in front of him. And instead of heaving throngs of admirers, Obama addressed 6,000 or so invited guests.
Obama was peering down at his script instead of using his trusty teleprompter. We’re not accustomed anymore to seeing our leaders glance toward the lectern to read, so the president came off looking as if he couldn't remember his lines and kept having the check.

I think Obama's policies are working to destroy our country and I definitely recognize him as possibly the worst president this country has seen. But, this report is extremely petty. So what if he looked down at the podium while giving a speech? He gave a generic speech to a group of German spectators and didn't happen to memorize it, so what?
ReplyDeleteThis kind of reporting is an embarrassment precisely because of its pettiness. Even if he did make some mistakes, which I only noticed 2 small ones, I believe it's absolutely the opposite of Christ's command to love our neighbor as ourselves to make fun of even Obama for not giving a perfect presentation. Even if you believe Obama to be the antichrist, that doesn't somehow make it okay to disregard Jesus' commands and become a petty mocker. Maybe instead of making fun of Obama you could pray for his conversion and his soul.

people listening seemed to enjoy his speech. it sounded like a regular speech to me. he did not seem to fumble as you say. he talked like he always does. I am saying this and I do not like him.
