Bizarre Phenomenon: July 24th snowfall... in the PHILLIPINES

If you are watching for Signs of the Times, this has to be up there. Yesterday, July 24th 2013, 
Snow fell in the southern Tropical Philippines... first time in history and not just a little... 
a heavy snowfall that lasted three hours!

    This is a hoax. I live in the Philippines. None of the major local and international news aired the story. If such thing did actually happened, it would have screamed the headlines. Better look at the source of the video. You know its a hoax.
