A humble suggestion is that you make these videos without the 'Birther Report' right in the beginning. See, we who follow the developments and believe in it will embrace the term 'Birther'. It has however been ridiculed and made to look as though kooks follow this 'theory' and moreover, they have used the Alinsky tactic so efficiently to make any mention of "birther' topics less than credible. The people who do not know anything about this issue or were skeptical about it from the beginning are repelled by this word itself and will not give such videos/articles a good look or hearing, unless the 'Birther' term is removed. And then, that ominous face with the irritating voice saying, 'The only people ....................people with something to hide.' Even that is too much to bear for certain people. It looks as though the video is mere propaganda and first time viewers just dismiss such videos upfront! I am tallking the psychological aspect of the start of such videos. So, to make the facts viral and disseminate true info, it is better that you start the videos with just a title! Or else, these videos will remain in the realm of the 'birthers' and will go no further! Supposing I am a new person to these allegations and came across your videos, and want to share it with friends on FB or G+, I will hesitate as the 'Birther' word comes up first, followed by B Hussein O's horrible voice. I will think twice fearing the ridicule associates with it. So, change your marketing strategy to get more audience for your videos.
ReplyDeleteThanks for your opinion Liny. However, this was not OUR video. The folks at Birther Report recorded the show live and we put their video up to get it out quickly. The podcasts will be up soon. However, these videos get some of the most views than anything we put up on the blog - so it doesn't seem to hurt the cause much at all. Thanks, though for your support.
