Conclusion: cold weather causes murder!

PPSIMMONS: In light of this startling scientific information we call on Congress, The DOJ, and the White House to IMMEDIATELY outlaw cold weather!  Do it for the sake of 'The Children.' It is outrageous that we would continue to allow cold weather to cause the death of so many innocent citizens.
