THE NOT GUILTY VERDICT IN FERGUSON

All evidence, including the validation of the testimony of BOTH eye witnesses that support a "good shoot" and the undeniable disqualification of ALL claimed eye witnesses to the contrary, plus ALL of the forensic evidence points to the fact that Mr. Michael Brown did every thing a person can do to expect to be shot. According to the objective evidence the only thing that Mr. Brown could have done to be more responsible for his own death would have been to pull the trigger himself.
Of course, such facts mean nothing to racists who have a predetermined belief that every white policeman has a moral and legal obligation to let any black man beat them to death.
What are the lessons that can be learned from this horrible incident?
1.  Do not steal.
2.  Do not hit an armed officer of the law.
3.  Do not run from an armed officer of the law.
4.  Stay off drugs. (Brown had drugs in his system.)
5.  If you are guilty of a crime, be an adult and take responsibility for your actions.
6.  Facts do not matter to racists, regardless of the color of their skin.
7.  Do not confuse looters with protesters.  They are not the same.
8.  Expect armed officers, white or black to shoot you regardless of your skin color, if you attack them in a manner that makes them fear for their safety.
9.  It is foolish to ransack your own neighborhood for any reason.
10.  We are not yet at the point in America where mob rule overpowers the court system.

  1. I do have a question I need answered. yes I know Mr. brown was a thug and a thief. From what I've heard of the evidence, it sounds like there was a scuffle at the cop's car. I can see shooting If you're being beat. But I'm told Mr. Brown was shot 10 times aprox. 150' from the car. that doesn't sound like self defence to me.
