Jordan’s King Abdullah II

 

 

 

 

Abdullah became king of Jordan on February 7, 1999 upon the death of his father King Hussein and is the head of a constitutional monarchy in which the king retains substantial power.

 

King Abdullah is a military pilot and a qualified jumpmaster and was trained at Sandhurst, the esteemed British Royal Military Academy.  He is specifically qualified in special warfare and has ensured that Jordan has the best equipped and most highly trained special warfare troops in the region.

 

 

 

 

He lists sky diving, rally racing, scuba diving, skiing, mountain climbing, football, motorcycling and science fiction among his interests and hobbies. The king is a real stud and a total warrior who leads from the front.

 

 

 

 

He loves to ride his Harley.

 

 

 

 

In 2005 King Abdullah expressed his intentions of making Jordan a democratic country and is working towards that goal having adopted a British style Parliament.  During the 2013 Middle East extremely harsh winter, he got out of his limo to help push a car that was stuck in deep snow on a street in Amman.

 

King Abdullah is married to Palestinian Rania and is the first king of Jordan that has never had more than one wife.

 

 

 

 

 

When the Islamic State put a captured Jordanian pilot in a metal cage, poured gasoline all over him, set him on fire and filmed it as they cheered, King Abdullah immediately declared war on IS and says that Jordan will fight until the last IS fighter is dead. 

 

King Abdulla personally led the first attack against IS and stated that there would be many more to come.

 

 

 

 

Wouldn’t it be nice to have a manly “warrior” as your leader; one who leads from the front and does what he says he will do and takes action when necessary; a leader of integrity with training in many pursuits of life and with a beautiful wife?

 

Oh well, I guess that we will just have to get by for two more years with what we have: a trained community organizer that hates America and feebly “rules” from behind… way behind and way too late.
