(Apr. 21, 2017) — Former detective and Maricopa County, AZ Cold Case Posse lead investigator Mike Zullo will be the guest for the entire first hour of the “Freedom Friday” radio show later today hosted by pastor and author Carl Gallups.

Zullo conducted a 5+-year criminal investigation into the long-form birth certificate image posted on the White House website on April 27, 2011 purported to be representative of Barack Hussein Obama’s original birth record from Hawaii.  Zullo’s work was commissioned by then-Maricopa County Sheriff Joseph Arpaio at the request of more than 200 constituents with concerns that if the image proved to be fraudulent, as some experts had said, their votes would be disenfranchised in the 2012 presidential election.

On March 1, 2012, following six months of analysis, Zullo announced at what would be the first of three press conferences that there was probable cause to believe that the birth certificate image is a “computer-generated forgery.” Also found to be fraudulent was Obama’s Selective Service registration form, copies of which had been mailed to various requesters under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) since late 2008.

On July 17, 2012, a second presser was held in which Zullo announced that the standard of probable cause had been surmounted in regard to the birth certificate image. Additional details as to how the image was determined fraudulent were made public.

Curiously, neither the media nor Congress nor the FBI showed any interest in launching its own investigation into those conclusions.

The investigation quietly continued, tangentially encompassing the work of Dennis Montgomery, a confidential informant hired by the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) in early 2014. While Montgomery’s main task at the time was to assemble data he said he collected while working as a contractor for the NSA and CIA to support his claim to Arpaio that approximately 150,000 constituents were victims of government bank-account data breaches, Montgomery also conducted a forensic analysis of the long-form birth certificate image and reportedly shared his findings with Zullo.

Later in the investigation, it was revealed that the airline manifests for the days surrounding Obama’s claimed birth in Honolulu, HI on August 4, 1961 are missing from the National Archives.

On Wednesday, Attorney Larry Klayman, who now represents Montgomery in at least two different matters, declared that Montgomery’s forensic analysis of the image determined that it is “not genuine.”

As The Post & Email has reported previously, Arpaio was charged with civil contempt of court in early 2015 as the result of a racial-profiling case filed in December 2007. During hearings which started two years ago, Montgomery’s work was interrupted when U.S. District Court Judge G. Murray Snow demanded that his materials be collected and turned over to the court.

Although there were clear indications that Snow was not an unbiased jurist over the case, he refused to recuse himself at Arpaio’s request, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals would not intervene.

In May 2016, Snow issued a final ruling on the civil contempt matter, finding Arpaio guilty and recommending him for a criminal charge by the U.S. Department of Justice. A trial on the criminal aspect was postponed until the end of this month, but attorneys for Arpaio have requested either another postponement or a dismissal of the charge based on the claim that the statute of limitations has expired.

The Justice Department announced its decision to prosecute Arpaio just as early voting was beginning in Arizona in late October. Arpaio had been seeking a seventh consecutive term but ultimately lost to Democrat Paul Penzone.

In a final press conference on December 15, Zullo revealed that two well-credentialed outside forensic analysts agreed that “nine points of forgery” identified in the Obama long-form birth certificate image render it inauthentic.

Having concluded the investigation at that point, Zullo and Arpaio said that all of the evidence they collected, not all of which we shared with the public, with the turned over to federal-level authorities.

Although both men had clarified on a number of occasions that the investigation did not focus on Obama’s birthplace, the question remains a salient one given that Article II, Section 1, clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution requires that the president and commander-in-chief be a “natural born Citizen.” Most Americans have understood the term to mean, at a minimum, “born in the United States.”

Klayman has reported in a significant number of video presentations through his Freedom Watch organization that Montgomery contends that large-scale government surveillance of many U.S. citizens without a warrant was taking place between 2004 and 2010 to include Donald Trump and many of his associates.  Zullo and journalist Dr. Jerome Corsi discussed those findings on the Alex Jones Show on March 19 and 20 just as the issue of Trump’s claim of having been “wiretapped” during the 2016 presidential campaign appeared to be reaching a peak within the U.S. House and Senate Intelligence Committees.

One of Corsi’s claims was that Arpaio’s office, cellular and home telephones were monitored during the civil-contempt trial and that there were ex parte communications between the judges involved and the Department of Justice.

Early on Friday afternoon, Gallups informed The Post & Email that Zullo “will be giving all the latest updates, insight, and most recent info on the BC (birth certificate) case and the Arpaio trial  – and how they are related. He will be debunking all the fake news about these two issues. He will be on for the entire first hour – starting at 5 PM ET.”
