Most all the problems we observe in this fallen world simply said result from people who haven't made their peace with Jesus Christ of Nazareth, Messiah Yeshua. We read in Hebrews 12:14," Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord:" In this New Year let us pray we lead by example and do all we can to introduce everyone we encounter with the awesome love of Christ.
John 14:6," Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me."

We are exhorted in Proverbs 3:5,"Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding." In other words we don't have to figure it all out, we just need to keep trusting the Lord and understand his extended mercy, grace and love towards us and reflect his goodness like a mirror to the world. From our perspective we should understand that Papa God sent the Lord Jesus/Yeshua to us to save and bless everyone who will choose to make Him their Lord and saviour and keep His commandments.
But sadly what seems to be so often taught is a doctrine that has people thinking and saying things like God is testing me with a disease or troubles similar to what Job had. Please keep in mind that it was the devil that came against Job and it was God who blessed and restored Job. Our Holy Guide Book to the Supernatural clearly shows us that Papa God does not test us with diseases.
I hear people say things like if God created everything then why did he create diseases? Why did He create AIDS, and cancer, and influenza and the other dreadful diseases? Is all this part of 'God's plan for man?
Then I hear other people make up their own explanations like, it's all a big test of your faith, some people fail it and some don't, diseases are just part of your test in your faith of God. Or some will say that God gave us cures for every disease on this earth, only man just hasn't found them all yet, or hasn't found them to be profitable so many cures are not simply not available yet. Sometimes the questions are complicated but the Holy Scriptures gives us the answers made simple. James 1:13,"Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God: for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempteth he any man:"
Papa God does not ever test you with diseases and calamities.
Now it does say in a number of places in the Old Testament like Genesis 22:1," And it came to pass after these things, that God did tempt Abraham, and said unto him, Abraham: and he said, Behold, here I am. 2And he said, Take now thy son, thine only son Isaac, whom thou lovest, and get thee into the land of Moriah; and offer him there for a burnt offering upon one of the mountains which I will tell thee of." Please understand God loves you and here He was testing Abraham's heart but not giving him a disease or marriage and business troubles to test him with. Whatever troubles you are facing today Jesus Christ of Nazareth is the answer for you, He will guide you and help you be an overcomer in this fallen world. Just as the we read in Psalm 26:2,"Examine me, O LORD, and prove me; try my reins and my heart." Jesus stated in Luke 9:24," For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: but whosoever will lose his life for my sake, the same shall save it."

Our minds are designed to have a naturally built in process of actively analysing incoming information and triggering previous memories. To simplify, basically every thought releases either poisonous or healing chemicals into your body in response to what you continually think on. Every thought must choose a pathway of faith or fear. Your hypothalamus gland, often called the brain of the endocrine system can only respond to your thought life. This is very important to grasp, because it can only produce chemicals in response to what is going on with you deep within your soul and spirit. We should truly practice examining every thought and ask ourselves, "is this good for me to think this and dwell on it?" Is this something that pleases the Lord or pleases the devil? Can we stay in inner peace and observe outer chaos? Can we trust the Lord no matter how things may look at any given moment?
Yes we can't always control circumstances and events that happen, however we can control how we respond to them.
