Pastor Caspar's Commentaries - DON'T MAKE BAD CHOICES

Today is a new day our Lord has made, so let us rejoice and be glad in it. No matter what the doom and gloomers may say, let us keep pressing in and pray until we receive a breakthrough, until we get past any worldly king, queen or unclean invisible thing that stands in our way and hinders us in any way that we may receive all the promises the Lord has promised His children. I am reminded of Jeremiah's perplexity concerning this subject. Jeremiah 12:1," Righteous art thou, O LORD, when I plead with thee: yet let me talk with thee of thy judgments: Wherefore doth the way of the wicked prosper? wherefore are all they happy that deal very treacherously? 2 Thou hast planted them, yea, they have taken root: they grow, yea, they bring forth fruit: thou art near in their mouth, and far from their reins. 3 But thou, O LORD, knowest me: thou hast seen me, and tried mine heart toward thee: pull them out like sheep for the slaughter, and prepare them for the day of slaughter."

Here is the prophet Jeremiah having a serious chat with our Lord, trying to understand how its possible for those who do wicked things to still be able to prosper. How is it those who deal treacherously can even seem happy?

Jeremiah understood that these people were like many politicians today who just said what ever they needed to say to get what they wanted, but their hearts were not right with God. "thou art near in their mouth, and far from their reins." Reins means who turns and controls your heart. Just like the reins of a horse direct his head to where his whole body goes. Just as where your thoughts go your body is sure to follow. Both Nehemiah and Jeremiah were obviously humble men of God. Nehemiah humbles himself to the Lord when he stated," I am thy servant." Jeremiah simply reminds the Lord, you know me and have tested the reins of my heart. How come all these wicked people are prospering, I don't understand this? The Lord tells us in, Ecclesiastes 8:11,"Because sentence against an evil work is not executed speedily, therefore the heart of the sons of men is fully set in them to do evil." The Lord is so full of mercy, grace and love He patiently gives us plenty of time to get right with him. When we just take one step towards the Lord Jesus/Yeshua its as if He runs 1000 steps towards us.

Fight back overcomers, trust Papa God for every detail and stay in faith! Because "All", things are possible with God! I pray the Lord's supernatural peace, healing, provision and protection cover you always with oceans of agape love in the almighty name of Jesus/Yeshua!
