The book, 'The Rabbi Who Found Messiah' the Yitzhak Kaduri Story written by Pastor Carl Gallups, is being used mightily as a powerful evangelistic tool in Israel and around the world.
It is time for revival but there can be NO revival without the Word of God.

The Book 'The Rabbi Who Found Messiah, The Yitzhak Kadouri Story' is doing what God anointed it to do. It is indeed delivering the Gospel of Yeshua to the lost sheep of Israel in a manner that they can receive and accept through a Venerated Rabbi! We serve such a mighty God who meets us 'where we are'!
Today we ask ourselves a very important question in order to gain a greater understanding of how powerfully God is moving in Israel and around the world..., the question is: "Is it dangerous to preach the Gospel of Yeshua in a synagogue or in a mosque"?
OF COURSE, is the answer! It is extremely dangerous for a Messianic believer to dare enter a synagogue (or mosque for that matter) to preach the Gospel of Yeshua (Jesus) but as God instructs in HIS Word, 'it is more dangerous NOT to preach the Gospel' as we are called to 'go out into the world and 'preach' the Good News of Messiah Yeshua to the lost'...'to feed HIS sheep'.
It is our duty, as believers in Yeshua, under the guidance of the Holy Spirit, to preach the Word in season and out! So with that being said, understand that often the supernatural event that the Holy Spirit leads us into may be an 'out of our comfort zone' experience and may be extremely uncomfortable for us but trust HIM that if HE sends you, HE equips you and most importantly, HE goes WITH you! Many times in the scriptures the Lord leads those HE calls into dangerous situations but always, when HE calls, trust HIM that HE already has given the victory! If God is calling us to a mission for HIM, be confident that, although dangerous, HE WILL be with you and as HIS word says in Romans 8:31:" If God be for us who can be against us"...
Recently, Messiah of Israel Ministries began an aggressive mailing campaign throughout Israel of thousands of CD's in which we are sharing the Gospel of Yeshua.
Today's outreach report centers around one of those CD's that made it's way into the hands of a Cantor in one of the synagogues. Our story begins there.
This past week the Messiah of Israel Ministry team had a very unusual request FROM A CANTOR! He was from one of the synagogues in Israel and had received a copy of our CD in his mailbox. He contacted one of Messiah of Israel Ministry team and wanted to invite us to speak at his synagogues. Imagine our shock!
He was fascinated by the information in the CD and wanted to know more. An Incredible supernatural moment was about to transpire intensified by virtue of the fact that 'we were actually 'INVITED' to speak' by the Cantor himself!!!
Unheard of in Israel! Our first reaction was "what's the catch" as this never happens. is it a set-up?
A trap? Could their be attacks or persecution awaiting us? All of these thoughts were going through our minds but, after much prayer for guidance, the Holy Spirit said "Go" and covered us with His peace. In the flesh, we were still a bit intimidated to go in as we realized this was definitely going to be a 'supernatural event with a dangerous twist to it' but, emboldened by the Spirit, Messianic Rabbi Zev Porat and two fellow believers went into the synagogue, three remained outside.
One of the team inside was able to capture a few photos, Praise Yeshua, so we are able to share this amazing experience with you. Remember, for Messianic believers to even go into one of these synagogues is a "stoning offense" according to the Rabbi's in Israel who still theoretically adhere to the Mosaic law, so to take pictures is definitely a taboo, BUT, to be a believer in a synagogue taking photos and doing a Bible study for over three hours is totally unheard of! "A Never Before Event Seen In Israel"!!!
Just Picture yourselves walking into a situation that is typically incredibly hostile and begin preaching and teaching Yeshua! That is exactly what the Messiah of Israel Ministry team did in the Cantor's synagogue under the power of the Holy Spirit!! We give all the glory to Yeshua!!!
Now, remember, there are still three of our team members outside who have no idea what has happened to us. Time was passing and no word.. Because of the danger of the situation, they were becoming extremely concerned that something bad had happened to us inside the synagogue. As the hours passed, they began texting Zev but of course Zev could not answer as the Holy Spirit was working powerfully and Zev did not want to alarm the Cantor or interrupt the flow of the spirit! Leaving that situation to the Holy Spirit, we felt confident that the Holy Spirit must have given them 'a peace' as they did not attempt to come in after us! When we first entered the synagogue, Messianic Rabbi Zev Porat was met by the Cantor. A cursory glance revealed about four or five students standing around.
The Cantor immediately asked to see the book, "The Rabbi Who Found Messiah" so Zev brought out his book. Well, the title says it all, "The Rabbi Who Found Messiah".. the Cantor knew exactly where this was going and was allowing the people in the synagogue to hear it all anyway giving us a sense that the Cantor really does know Yeshua but was unwilling to speak it himself in his synagogue for obvious reasons.
He wanted the people to hear it from Zev. Needless to say we were a bit skeptical as to what was going to occur next but instead of being received negatively, they all wanted to read the book "The Rabbi Who Found Messiah"!
At that moment the Holy Spirit took over and a supernatural event began to unfold...The book, 'The Rabbi Who Found Messiah', The Yitzhak Kaduri Story" was now being read by the Cantor. He was able to validate that the story was genuine since he was very familiar with Rabbi Kaduri; he was able to confirm that the note left by Rabbi Kaduri upon his death was indeed written by Rabbi Yitzhak Kaduri, confirming that Yehsua is the Messiah. Imagine their excitement at this revelation and immediately they wanted to go deeper into the Word of God... We spent more than 3 hours ministering and sharing the Word of God inside their synagogue...The Cantor asked Zev to show him in the bible what Rabbi Kaduri was speaking about..
Sensing the warfare that was occurring in the spiritual realm while we were in the synagogue, the Holy Spirit took control as this point as an event was beginning to unfold.
The Bible says, "We are in spiritual warfare", though God enables us, HE will give us the power, the wisdom, and the anointing but it does not mean we will not come under attack ourselves... right there in the synagogue one of the people who walked in realized what was happening because he saw the book title and immediately came up to the Cantor. He became enraged and began banging on the table.
He was so upset he was demanding that the Cantor physically remove us from the synagogue because we were 'dangerous missionaries'. But to our amazement, the Canter replied, "No, I want to hear more!"
The Cantor is telling the man, "We do not want to throw anyone out. On the contrary, WE INVITED THEM IN! We want to HEAR what Zev has to say.
He then reads from the book, The Rabbi Who Found Messiah, and says, "I want to read the word of God"! Just visualize this scene. THE CANTOR IS ASKING TO READ THE WORD OF GOD IN HIS SYNAGOGUE! INCREDIBLE! GLORY TO YESHUA! A TRULY SUPERNATURAL EVENT THAT CAN ONLY HAPPEN WHEN THE HOLY SPIRIT IS IN CHARGE-"
A Supernatural event never before seen in Israel! Imagine the shock on the face of the angry man and even though he remained in the synagogue he fell silent. We believe the Holy Spirit closed his mouth as he did the mouths of the lions for Daniel! The Bible says in Rom 8:31 "if God be for us who can be against us". Hallelujah, Glory to Yeshua!
The angry man ultimately left without incident as we truly believe he was under the conviction of the Holy Spirit...
In our study together, we read many scriptures Isaiah 53 "Who has believed our report? To whom is the arm of God revealed? For before him he grew up like a young plant..." In Isaiah 53 We read of the crucifixion of Yeshua..., Also, Isaiah
7:14 "the young woman will bear a son and name him Immanu El (God is with us)".
They were shocked to read Prov 30:4 -
"Who has gone up to heaven and come down?
Who has cupped the wind in the palms of his hands?
Who has wrapped up the waters in his cloak?
Who established all the ends of the earth?
What is His name, and what is his son's name? Surely you know! 'What is his name and what is his son's name? Surely you know'!
That question was asked in the synagogue. It was almost like the Cantor believed in Yeshua (Jesus) but was afraid to speak it or display his belief to the others i n the synagogue for fear of retaliation. We also read Micah 5:2 -
"But you, Bethlehem Ephrathah, though you are small among the clans of Judah, out of you will come for me one who will be ruler over Israel, whose origins are from of old, from ancient times."
We continued to read the Bible together along with the book, The Rabbi Who Found Messiah, The Yitzhak Kaduri Story for hours and hours. We left them certainly in a different place than when we came... They too, like the synagogue in the Kotel, will never be the same as the Holy Spirit has now visited their synagogue and is doing a mighty work. We exchanged contact information and have made arrangements to continue discipleship with our new friends.
We give all the glory to the King of Kings, Lord of Lords, the Lion of the Tribe of Judah, Yeshua HaMachiach (the Messiah) in these last days of revival.
The end times events are unfolding before our eyes; in the 70th year of the nation of Israel these supernatural events are happening on a daily basis. We believe that God is positioning people like this Cantor, his students, Rabbi Kaduri yeshiva students and many others for the revival that is getting ready to take place in Israel in these last days.
They will become firebombs for the gospel, combining their vast biblical knowledge with now spiritual knowledge.
WOW! What powerful disciples they will become for The Lord himself such as we have not yet experienced! The great revival is being set in motion! Praise God! Paul spoke of these prophetic days!
This Cantor is going to have a lot to answer for in his synagogue for bringing "missionaries" to the synagogue but the Cantor was very receptive to our message.
He did not deny Yeshua even though he backed off initially as it was a giant step to even go this far. We leave the rest to the Holy Spirit. The seeds were planted!
He told those in the synagogue that, after having received the CD, he specifically wanted Zev to come and speak to them himself so he could show them and speak to them in Hebrew so they would believe. It was as if he was telling me he believed but could not speak it. The time will come soon when all will speak the name of Yeshua! God is preparing HIS people!
Zev and the team are still pinching themselves to make sure it was not a dream. This was 'a never before seen event in Israel'! It is becoming apparent that we are moving into a new level of evangelizing the gospel, a higher, deeper level never before attained.
God is revealing and expanding knowledge in these last days and is lifting the veil revealing Yeshua. He is planting a new vision in our hearts and minds for all who are willing.
God tells us in I saiah 54:2-4 -
Enlarge the place of your tent, stretch your tent curtains wide, do not hold back; lengthen your cords, strengthen your stakes. For you will spread out to the right and to the left; your descendants will dispossess nations and settle in their desolate cities. Do not be afraid; you will not be put to shame. Do not fear disgrace; you will not be humiliated. You will forget the shame of your youth and remember no more the reproach of your widowhood.
We must put on our spiritual eyes and come up to that higher place to see as God sees, not as the world sees. Just as those that have gone before, like Joshua and Caleb. they saw the "land flowing with milk and honey" through God's eyes but sadly the other 10 spies could only see through worldly eyes and missed God's blessings!
Yes, they faced the giants but did not fear as the Lord told Joshua "do not fear for The Lord your God is with you wherever you go" (Joshua 1:9). We too face giants but as with Joshua and Caleb, God is with us so we are confident "If God be for us who can be against us'( Rom 8:31) ; and "Greater is HE that is in us than HE that is in this world" (1John: 4:4) as "No weapon formed against us shall prosper"! (Isaiah 54:17).
HE is telling us in this season to "see what HE sees" and to go forth boldly in full confidence HE is leading the way!
Isaiah 55:8 -
For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways," declares the LORD. "As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts.
Messiah of Israel Ministries GIVES ALL THE GLORY TO THE KING OF kings, AND LORD OF lords, THE LION OF THE TRIBE OF JUDAH THE MESSIAH.
We will not stop proclaiming and preaching the love of Yeshua and salvation "until all Israel shall be saved!" (Romans 11:26).
