We all need to guard our minds all the time and be careful what you allow in because it will eventually come out again.

The solution is the recognising you need to Lord to wash your mind clean so you can get free and start thinking the way Papa God would be pleased with. For we read in Romans 12:," I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. 2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God."
Considering that every thought you have either goes down a pathway of fear or of faith, let us choose to trust the Lord for every detail and stay in faith. Rid yourself of that spirit of bitterness, anger and low self-esteem by receiving Papa God's forgiveness through the Lord Jesus/Yeshua, and by forgiving all those who have sinned against you, including yourself. Forgive from your heart all who have spoken any negative words over you and that did something wrong to you. Forgive them so you can walk free in Christ's mercy, grace and love.
Bless all you encounter remembering Christians are suppose to imitate Christ. (See John 14:12) If you are a child of God then act like one all the time.

So we must practice thinking about what your thinking about. Taking your every thought captive to the obedience of Christ. If poisonous thinking gains control of your thoughts basically your whole life will be affected. You can probably name several people that you know right now that seem bitter and cynical who seem to always say something negative about every situation. Do you ever wonder why they act that way?
May I suggest they may have allowed a root of bitterness to spring up in them from the spirit of un-forgiveness as they have been entertaining such emotions and feelings in their thought life. Effectively making them think its their very own thoughts which have merged with those unclean spirits. Our Holy Guide Book to the Supernatural tells us in places like Hebrews 12:14," Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord: 15 Looking diligently lest any man fail of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and thereby many be defiled;"
When you allow the enemy of your soul to build up strongholds in your thought life that is like poisoning your future, the only antidote is getting right with Papa God through Christ Jesus/Yeshua as soon as possible.

If we are truly in the last days observing biblical prophesy unfolding before us as the Lord forewarned us would happen what should we be doing? Is this a time to give up and entertain the spirit of fear that God did not give us, or a time to press in deeper with the things of God? What is your need today? Are you able to stay in faith and believe the report of the Lord over the report of the world and demonic entities? Maybe it's simply time we once again review the promises of God and practise applying them to our everyday life. We read in 2 Corinthians 1:20," For all the promises of God in him [are] yea, and in him Amen, unto the glory of God by us."
Let's not put any question marks where Papa God has put a period. Quite simply put, you can't have faith if you don't have hope for whatever you are believing for. Don't take it into your spirit and listen to what those people who only seem to criticise you and tell you the way it won't happen, listen to the Word of God instead and obey it. Because you've got to stay in faith and you got to have hope. Even if it doesn't happen straightway, your still one day closer to seeing it happen when you stay in faith. Romans 12:2," And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what [is] that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God."
