We read in 2 Corinthians 10:5," Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ.
When you meditate on poisonous thoughts, like entertaining the spirit of bitterness and un-forgiveness, all those poisonous memories are physically built into the nerve networks in your brain as they take up actually space as mental real estate. Your body as an adult stops growing at a certain point but our minds continually grow new architecture in our brains and shall do so forever. I dare say, you shall still remember this life in the next. Our memories in Heaven may be cleansed, healed, and restored but they won't be erased. The story of Lazarus and the rich man (Luke 16:19-31) indicates such proof that the dead remember their earthly lives. If that was just a parable as some erroneously teach, then the Lord Jesus/Yeshua would not have used the name Lazarus but might have some unknown person instead.
Considering that it appears that thinking is probably the most powerful thing in the universe after God. So as you continuously think there this is a continuous mind action in your spirit and soul realm. Your intellect and your emotions are extremely powerful ingredients over and above your physical body and your brain. Please understand that thoughts in your mind are very real living things. They generate this extraordinary force, which causes numerous switches to turn on and off like on the signals that causes your genes to express themselves and make proteins. Those proteins form together and build wee little memory trees. The thing you think on the most grows the most. Your daily choices will determine what those trees eventually look like and how they will effect your body and life. This is why the Lord tells us in places like Deuteronomy 30:19,"I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live:"
Because as you must choose and keep in mind not every thought you have is your own, you are either making healthy proteins into healthy memory trees or poisonous proteins into poisonous memory trees. Because what ever you think about will become a physical reality in your body eventually, you will experience health or diseases as a result.
Thoughts are real living matter and no thought should be allowed to wonder about in your brain without a passport. No thought is ever harmless, all thoughts occupy mental real estate. If you wired something poisonous in the good news is you can wire it back out as you apply the Word of God in your life.
Romans 12:2," And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what [is] that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God."
Fight back overcomers, trust Papa God for every detail and stay in faith! Because "All", things are possible with God! I pray the Lord's supernatural peace, healing, provision and protection cover you always with oceans of agape love in the almighty name of Jesus/Yeshua!

💞💞💞💞 When I was a young recording artist signed to Atlantic Records in the early 80's my producer the legendary Amhet Ertgun, president of Atlantic Records, gave me tickets after a late recording session to go see the New York City Ballet, since he was unable to attend. Having never seen the Ballet before my wife and I went to the event. The next morning back in the studio Amhet asked me what I thought of the Ballet?
I recall saying, "well there were certainly a lot of pretty girls dancing about on their toes which got me wondering why they just don't hire taller girls."
