Laughter decreases stress hormones and increases immune cells and infection-fighting antibodies to be released, whilst improving your resistance to sickness and disease. Laughter also triggers the release of endorphins, which are the body's natural feel-good chemicals. Endorphins promote an overall sense of well-being so you can be glad all over. Research is revealing laughter can help reduce chances of heart disease, and can even help relieve pain, improve your breathing, help you lose weight, give you a good nights sleep, by decreasing stress levels and even help you feel and look younger. There is no good excuse for taking yourself too seriously in this fallen world. If the Lord our God laughs at the devil, we ought to as well. (Psalm 37:13-15)
Our thoughts work with our imaginations and if we are grounded in the Word of God we shall come from a godly perspective and make good choices. Because all those choices we make day by day, and moment by moment can change the structure and function of our brains. This basically means we are able to choose blessings or curses. Studying Deuteronomy 28 gives us great insights for our instructions in righteousness. After all the Lord Jesus/Yeshua said in Matthew 6:33," But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you."
Because our thoughts and imaginations affect us on every level of epigenetics, down to the molecular, genetic, structural, neurochemical, electromagnetic and subatomic dimensions. Fight back overcomers, trust Papa God for every detail and stay in faith! Because "All", things are possible with God! I pray the Lord's supernatural peace, healing, provision and protection cover you always with oceans of agape love in the almighty name of Jesus/Yeshua!
