Black Lives Matter is a slogan and it is an Organization. To the racist and bigot, "black lives matters" means the lives of people of other than black skin does not matter, to those of tender heart towards real or imagined injustices present and/or past of those with black skin "black lives matter" means black people should not endure negative discrimination because their skin is black, to those who are ashamed because their skin color is not black "black lives matter" means they are justified to be ashamed because their skin is not black and to others that slogan means black people are owed money, property and submission from those who are not black. When someone heralds "black lives matter" you should ask them what that slogan means to them since it means different things to different people.
However, Black Lives Matter as an Organization is well-defined by their own written Policies/Goals. If you read their printed material, Agendas and Policies you will discover they are a militant, Godless, racist, bigoted, hateful, sociopath, anarchist and terrorist organization. They are an archetype of what is ill about society.
While there may be some personal value to the slogan "black lives matter" that might have some merit, the Black Lives Matter Organization has no redeeming features, no value and no honor. They are just thugs using a catchy slogan to entrap the minds of simpletons. The whole ordeal could not be easier to understand; however, for the ineptest of thought and reason, nearly everything in life is beyond their ability to understand at an adult level.

Federal, State and local managers are backing down from the attacks of the Black Lives Matter Organization because most Federal, State and local managers are either simpletons of mind and/or cowards at heart. It is foolish to believe that those in charge of government are mostly people of good character and sound mind who will use their position and authority to protect people and property placed under their care. So, citizens, you are or will be on your own. Lock, load and carry. The new American Civil War has started. This is why Democrats want to take your guns.
If you are going to throw your fist in the air, eyes to the ground and scream like a child throwing a tantrum "black lives matter!" and/or put BLM on a sign in your yard be sure to include a Disclaimer that you are against the Black Lives Matter Organization/Agenda otherwise you will be mistaken for a racist, hate-filled bigot; however, if that is what you are then leave off the Disclaimer.
