There is a lot of news coverage of the current efforts across the country to repair election laws in many states in the wake of the illegal methods that were undertaken in many states to change election law in favor of the democrat party's candidate in 2020.
But nobody is looking at the way that the republican party changed the Roberts Rules of Decorum in the 2012 presidential election cycle at the Louisiana state convention of the G.O.P. while delegates were in their vehicles on the way to the convention.
I believe that that is how the deeply entrenched elitist establishment faction within the G.O.P. intends on preventing Trump from becoming the 2024 republican candidate for president.
My neighbor, Gary King, who ran against Steve Scalise in 2012 posted a video of the fiasco in Shreveport at the G.O.P. convention and there are other videos on that debacle on YouTube as well.
The majority of republican delegates were thrown out of the public building and then threatened with arrest if they organized outside to hold their own convention being the majority.
People were injured.
You see, just as in many states where the democrats along with RINOS changed election law when they did not have the authority to do so in order to steal the election from Trump in 2020 the deeply entrenched elitist establishment faction within the G.O.P. in the state of Louisiana changed the Roberts Rules in order to prevent any candidate whom delegates might wish to nominate at the state convention from securing the nomination within their state from the candidate at that time, Mitt Romney, who the elitist establishment faction had already decided would be the party's nominee at the national convention.
The fact is that the majority of the delegates chosen at small gatherings of registered republicans across the state of Louisiana had been chosen to go to the state convention and nominate Ron Paul in 2012.
So, while the delegates were on their way to the convention in Shreveport the leadership of the republican party in Louisiana had the audacity to change the Roberts Rules under which the state convention would be conducted.
The elitist faction already at the location in Shreveport knew well that many delegates would be furious when they arrived to hear that they would not be permitted to nominate the individual whom they were sent to the convention to nominate. They protested loudly and were thrown out of the building. Then they were threatened with arrest if they did not leave the premises.
The few policemen on duty were approached by the representatives of the Louisiana G.O.P. before many of the delegates arrived and told that there was trouble expected and more police officers were requested . So short was the window of opportunity for the police to get more manpower on location that they deputized members of the G.O.P. local security personnel who were at the scene.
Is that even legal?
That is the very definition of a police state.
Just as the election law was illegally changed across the country to deny Donald Trump the presidency in 2020 the Roberts Rules under which republican state conventions are conducted were changed at the last minute to deny Ron Paul the chance at being nominated in 2012.
Now, across the country efforts are being made to see that the 2024 presidential election is conducted legally.
I suspect though that the deeply entrenched swamp within the republican party leadership will attempt to stop Donald Trump from becoming the republican nominee for POTUS at the state conventions where they are able to manipulate at will the Roberts Rules under which state conventions are conducted.
You can't have a fair contest if one party makes the rules by which the game is played as they go along.
Donald Trump supporters need to start an investigation into the ability of the elitist establishment faction within the republican party to control how state conventions shall be conducted?
At present the state G.O.P. leadership can make the rules while delegates are in their cars on the way to the convention and if the delegates protest the republican party leadership can have them thrown off the property.
At present there is nothing stopping the anti-Trump elitist establishment faction within the leadership of the republican party from changing at will the Roberts Rules under which state conventions are conducted at the last minute and for them to choose aside from the will of the individual delegates chosen across the states in small local meetings of registered republicans who exactly will be nominated by their state at the national convention of the republican party to be the party's candidate for president.
That's not democracy. That's called tyranny.
As well meaning republicans across the country proceed as they are currently with their efforts to prevent the 2024 presidential election from being rigged by the opposition in the democrat party the move that the elitist establishment never-trump faction is likely to make in my opinion will be from inside the republican party by means of conveniently manipulating the law, that is to say the Roberts Rules, under which the individual states determine who they will nominate at the G.O.P. national convention.
Fascists always turn to the law to legislate their dictates or have you not read Fredric Bastiat's 'The Law--A Blueprint for a Just Society'?
Please watch the videos of what transpired in the 2012 Louisiana state G.O.P. Convention in Shreveport.
