I predict that the SCOTUS decision will be delayed until AFTER the Nov. 4th election, and then they will vote to let Obama's "order" and the lower Federal court's ruling stand. I think this whole matter was "shelved" so that the Republicans could not use the matter against Hillary. I think they are hoping to lull the American public into the belief that the SCOTUS will ultimately strike down the order. I smell a rat.
