There were many well-known speakers in attendance. The official website has at the top of the web pages the "Four Horsemen" of modern atheism - Richard Dawkins, Daniel Dennett, Sam Harris, and, strangely enough, Christopher Hitchens. We can safely assume they weren't expecting "Hitch" to show up - even in spirit. However they still decided to put his picture and name up as a speaker while making sure to point out that he did in fact die last year.
Remarkably there was, it seemed, far more life and lively speech-making outside the auditorium than inside. A street-preacher made an appearance with the Gospel bellowing from her lungs and she drew quite a crowd - a crowd which seemed to at least be alive. This is more than can be said for the group forced to listen to the dry delusional sophistry and pompous opining coming from inside the building. Give it a watch and notice at the beginning of her presentation how the crowd was sparse and then notice at the end how the area was packed with people. Notice the mockery and ridicule coming from the atheists; a sure signal that the "end time" isn't coming - the "end time" is now.
¶Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts,

This person, who's youtube channel can be found here, is a friend of the world-famous PPSIMMONS ministry and a contributor to some of our material. Richard Dawkins, a presenter at the Atheist Convention, has been directly confronted in a book written by our very own Carl Gallups. "The Magic Man in the Sky" has been consistently in the top ten in its category on Amazon and, in nearly every way, has demolished the atheist worldview completely and rendered it indefensible. It will be released in May.
God uses the foolishness of preaching to save those who BELIEVE!!! These atheists got the gospel message this day. The power of God kept her focused while she brought a lot of truth with compassion. I hope God will save some of them.
