Consider the stark contrast between two stories which were recently forced onto the radar of the main stream media, one in the shadow of the other, and were reluctantly and reservedly reported:
ReplyDeleteLiberal sycophant Christopher Dorner, acting out on his rage like a spoiled child having a temper tantrum who blames everyone else for his being--as he perceives it--persecuted unfairly, and Dr. Benjamin Carson's admirable life story and honorable accomplishments achieved in the face of seemingly insurmountable adversity.
The contrast between the darkness of the pathetic liberal-socialist world-view exemplified in the murderous maniac Christopher Dorner and the brilliant illumination of the inspirational and exemplary biblical Christian world-view epitomized in Dr. Benjamin Carson could not have been painted more clearly in any picture 'worth a thousand words' or more.
Don’t be deceived into thinking that these two antithetical characters appeared on history’s stage coincidentally; there is no such thing as coincidence. God is in control. A close reading of the Word of God reveals such literary devices, anthropomorphic personifications of greater truths, have frequently been employed by the Author of history—sometimes called “His story”—to emphasize moral truths larger than the individuals themselves.
The diametrically opposed world-views embraced by the two men written into the recently unfolding acts in history’s ongoing performance are brilliantly illuminated as if by incendiary limelight at a major turning point in the plot of life’s unfolding theatrical production that is the next chapter of our country’s history.
God permits us to determine the ending of the performance as surely as he extends unto us the choice to go to Heaven or to Hell.
Shall the American chapter in “His story” end in tragedy, or shall the American experiment in ‘government of the people’ once again defy all odds against its survival and defeat the morally relativistic, liberal-socialist onslaught upon the very notion that all men are created equal and endowed by their Creator—not by any man or institution formed by men—with certain unalienable rights?
