In today's email blast from the official Obama camp Jon Carson of Barackobama.com agreed with one anonymous condescending congresswoman who suggested law makers lack the basic education level required to make such decisions (to protect unborn children from slaughter.)
The email reads:

I wanted to make sure you saw Lindsay's email from yesterday -- and I'd like to point something out:
Yesterday's debate over this invasive legislation showed us once again that we're up against some elected officials that lack a foundational understanding of science. One congresswoman, after watching the debate, said she wondered whether high school biology should be a requirement for running for office.
It really makes you wonder what these politicians are thinking when they try to put themselves between a woman and her doctor when it comes to health care decisions.
