PPSIMMONS Ginny - You didn't "listen." The SS Admin. has not VERIFIED to ANYONE that the SSN "belongs" to Bounell - nor have they VERIFIED that this number was on BHO's tax return. It could be that all that is true but NO ONE KNOWS this for certain. That is why we NEED a congressional investigation. Remember the guy who AGREED with ALL that Zullo is saying about this SSN business (and he is a MAJOR internet "player" in this Social Security Number agenda) then said: But I keep putting it out there anyway - just to keep it alive. Zullo knows what he is talking about and he knows what he is doing. Either you trust the 80 years of law enforcement and criminal investigations experience of Zullo and Arpaio (who want BHO out of the White House) or the internet "cops." Your choice.
By the way, Ginny, (the information we just gave you above) is the reason that Zullo, Arpaio, et. al. are so respected by the sheriffs, attorneys, congressman, etc. who heard ALL their evidence at the Sheriffs convention. They KNOW that Zullo is correct in this matter as well and they know that Zullo is not going off "half-cocked" with this investigation. Zullo is a professional. If anyone can bring this to a professional conclusion - he can. Patience. Much more is still happening behind the scenes in the halls of Washington D.C. - you will see very soon. Trust us.

ReplyDeleteI don't understand why a Birth Certificate posted by the White House holds more evidentiary value than a Tax Return posted on the same site. Is it because the tax return was altered and the SSN removed once the mistake was discovered?
ReplyDeleteIs there any suspicion it was posted maliciously as a diversion or to frustrate, complicate or obfuscate other areas of the investigation? Carl, can you ask Mike to explain this a little further?

ReplyDeleteCould H. RES. 593, passed unanimously in the U.S. House of Representatives on July 27, 2009, have been used by Dr. Fukino as "evidence" that "Barack Obama, was born in Hawaii on August 4, 1961"?
My layman's understanding is yes, it could have, based on:
Federal Rules of Evidence
Rule 902. Self-authentication
(10) Presumptions under Acts of Congress. Any signature, document, or other matter declared by Act of Congress to be presumptively or prima facie genuine or authentic.
I'd really like to hear a reply as to whether or not Commander Mike Zullo thinks that it is even slightly possible that H.Res. 593 could have been used, under Federal Rules of Evidence
DeleteRule 902. Self-authentication (10) Presumptions under Acts of Congress, by the Hawaiian Department of Health as "evidence" that Obama was born in Hawaii.
I suspect that Congress may have been duped into unwittingly being "witnesses" to his birth.
If my suspicion is correct, I would hope that would make those members of Congress who were duped rightfully angry, and more likely to demand a Congressional investigation.

Janice Okubo sends "TerriK" an email with Dr. Fukino's October 31, 2008 Press Release.
Note that Press Release does NOT say "Obama was born in Hawaii", and note well that Okubo does NOT send "TerriK" a Press Release from that day (July 27, 2009).

The United States House of Representatives voted unanimously (378 – 0) in favor of H. RES. 593, which included the following phrase:
"Barack Obama, was born in Hawaii on August 4, 1961"
5:45 PM HAST = 11:45 PM EDT
Janice Okubo sends "TerriK" an email with Dr. Fukino's July 27, 2009 Press Release, the first known release of that Press Release, which included the words "Obama was born in Hawai‘i".
Could the State of Hawaii have used H.Res.593 as evidence that Obama was born in Hawaii?
I'm not asking Commander Zullo for proof that they did, I'm just asking if that is even a legal possiblitity that they could have have used H.Res.593 as "evidence" under Federal Rules of Evidence Rule 902. Self-authentication (10) Presumptions under Acts of Congress.
