Chaplains to be ARRESTED if they MINISTER during shutdown!

How much more ridiculous and anti-American-spirit can Barack Obama get during this shutdown? Well - he just took one more step down the "rabbit-hole." First it was the WWII memorial - that was not built or operated by federal money. Then it was Mount Vernon - not built or operated with federal funds. Then it was the "oceans" (Federal waters) not built or operated with federal funds.

Now...it is the human soul. Not built or operated by federal funds. Catholic chaplains have been told they will be arrested if they "minister" during the shutdown.  God help us. God deliver us from this little "Antichrist!"
