Republicans Positioned for Historic Greatness

Shadrack, Meshach and Abednego refused to submit to the king's immoral demand even through these three individuals faced the fiery furnace (Daniel 4). Daniel refused to stop praying to God even though he faced the lion's den (Daniel 6).  Sampson  challenged overwhelming odds and killed 1,000 enemies (Judges 5).  Such stories of courage and conviction are many in the Bible and in every society.

When people do the right thing against overwhelming odds, it gets our attention.  Sometimes it takes a while for the average person to recognize greatness, but greatness is noticed sooner or later.

Obamacare is bad for America.  After a few days of Obamacare we know that the many promises made regarding Obamacare are, as most of us suspected, lies.

Obama is a sociopath.  He does not care about anyone but himself.  His childish behavior from the time of his arrival as President has taken a toll on America including actions that have almost gotten us into what could have been World War III.  Now, he refuses to negotiate with Republicans.

I have said all along that Obama wants America to fail.  That was the subliminal message of his campaign slogan.  He wants to "change" three things.  1.  Our financial prosperity.  2.  Our freedoms.  3.  Our political system.  Obama seeks a poverty-stricken nation and a population enslaved to Islamic government.

Everything Obama does is designed to foster one or more of these goals.  This includes Obamacare.  Obamacare is not about health care.  It is about enhancing each of the three major goals of Obama.

Republicans and wise Democrats need to stand strong against Obamacare.  Be heroes.

In all accounts of biblical greatness, God, often, provided deliverance when men and women did the right thing.  Do the right thing.  Do not cave in to the terrorism of Obama or the chants of his minions although they be many and their voice irritating.

If I were in the House of Representatives, I would make the point that it would be unconstitutional for the House to fund Obamacare since Obamacare contains "taxes" approved by the Senate and not approved by the House. If the house funds Obamacare the Supreme Court will determine that act as "tacit approval" and the House forfeits it position of right and power.  America loses.

Even if the majority is not with the House, the House members should still do the right thing.  Greatness is not about doing the wrong thing by will of the majority, but doing the right thing against odds.  Do the right thing and let the chips fall where they may.
