Most dreams are simply thoughts in a different biochemical state. As we continue focusing on the same issues that concern us while we are awake, but in a different way. The Lord can explain things to us in our dreams that He may have a harder time getting us to focus on whilst we are awake.
Dreams can also be helpful for problems solving.
I pray you have good dreams and are walking daily in the glorious light of Christ.
Evil needs ignorance which is darkness to survive in just like a fish needs water to live in.
We read in John 8:12,"Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life." Neurochemically, when we are awake we have specific amounts of serotonin and norepinephrine that help us line up our thoughts and logically process the sensory input coming from the outside world, so we then get bursts of acteylcholine as something captures our attention.
As we sleep at night, acetylcholine production is active and it basically is helping to sort through and consolidate our memories, picking out what is important and what is not in our minds, but the production of serotonin and norepinephrine is shut down, which introduces the element of peculiarity into our dreams. Nice to understand the Lord enjoys peculiar people.
1 Peter 2:9," But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light;" The Lord says He will cause you to have dreams and visions.
Keep positive my friends, stay in faith and study the Word of God which brings healing and health to all your flesh.
Proverbs 4:20," My son, attend to my words; incline thine ear unto my sayings. 21 Let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them in the midst of thine heart. 22 For they are life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh. 23 Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life."
Your brain works with corresponding electrochemical reactions for every single thought you have. All sorts of chemicals are released and make their way down pathways throughout your entire body through faith or fear. Remember you are a holy temple of the Lord. We read in Proverbs 25:28," He that hath no rule over his own spirit is like a city that is broken down, and without walls."
Fight back overcomers, trust Papa God for every detail and stay in faith.
