(Mar. 29, 2019) — In response to reports that hundreds of "migrant families" (i.e., illegal border crossers seeking generous benefits paid for by U.S. taxpayers) were being held in a Border Patrol parking lot because the government had no place to put them, Congresswoman Ilhan Omar (D-MN) wrote on Twitter:
"This is abhorrent and inhumane."
