Pastor Caspar's Commentaries - Forgiveness or Revenge?

According to Dr. Herbert Benson, MD, and president of Harvard Medical School's Mind-Body Institute: Poisonous thoughts lead to stress, which affects our body's natural healing capacities. Poisonous thinking literally 'wears down' the brain and the rest of the body. So my friends here is what we must do, seeing how only you can control your thought life. Proverbs 3:5," Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. 6 In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths."

Researchers using MRI scans found that different parts of the brain are activated positively when people decide to think about choosing to forgive rather than thinking about ways of getting revenge for all those who did them wrong. As soon as we make a conscious choice to forgive all others and yourself the entire chemical reaction to stress is calmed down and those poisonous memories that initially caused the spirit of un-forgiveness to be entertained are changed. We read in Ephesians 4:32," And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you."

The Lord Jesus/Yeshua said in John 10:27," My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:" Fight back overcomers, trust Papa God for every detail and stay in faith! Jesus said in Luke 21:15, "For I will give you a mouth and wisdom, which all your adversaries shall not be able to gainsay nor resist.' I say hallelujah! Because "All", things are possible with God! I pray the Lord's supernatural peace, healing, provision and protection cover you always with oceans of agape love in the almighty name of Jesus/Yeshua!
