Did you know that research is showing you have 50 times more glial cells than those 100 trillion neurons running about your brain, so they must be as important as all the dendrites the Lord designed in you too. They are sort of like wee little vacuum-type cleaners that prune off the thought branches. For example, it allows you to forget about some stuff whilst you sleep that doesn't seem so important like what you ate last week for dinner etc. It also helps you get rid of poisonous thoughts as you obey God's almighty Word, a vital thing to do.
Casting down vain imaginations from the enemy is one of the first things we are suppose to do as disciples of Christ. (2 Corinthians 10:5) The battle in your thought life is your first line of defense, as scientific research also show how it clearly affects your entire immune system and life. For example, your thoughts will activate your lymphocytes, the antibodies, and the rather complex systems the Lord designed you with that allows your body to become immune to certain invaders. Sort of like defending you against pathogens to cast them out of your body so you stay healthy.
We must understand the strategies of the enemy so that we can defeat him at the onset and his entire demonic army of poisonous thought invaders to gain the victories.
You are not likely to resurrect the dead or heal a sick person in the all powerful name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth if you have received the devils toxic and defeated imaginations for you.
The Lord Jesus said in John 14:12;" Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.
13 And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.
14 If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it."
As a pastor I have observed how some people in churches have now lost the plot. The Holy Guide Book to the Supernatural tells disciples of Christ to engage this fallen world with Christ's agape love. We find in Matthew 10:7-8 disciples are to go and raise the dead, heal the sick and cast out devils in the almighty name of Jesus. Mark 16 presents that concept pretty much as well. The Lord Jesus is constantly the same yesterday, today and tomorrow. ( Hebrews 13:8)
The Lord told us that He is in control of all power..... so how much power does that leave anyone else, including the devil?
Matthew 28:18," And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth."
Nevertheless, the Lord gives his disciples some of his power to use, Luke 10:19," Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you."
So whatsoever imagination you take in and believe, that is going to dictate the results that you are going to get seemingly. Not everyone wants to take real responsibility for what happens in their life. The Holy Bible says the curse can not come without a cause. (Proverbs 26:2)
John 8:32 tells us the truth will make you free, but I tell you that first it might make you a wee bit mad.
Sometimes the Lord will speak to us through dreams or visions or a prophet however, He will always speak to us through His Holy written Word. But many Christian do not know their Bible very well today, do they? So they simply do not understand what the Lord has imagined for them. James 1:22," But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves."
Get into the Word of God, so the Word of God gets into you.
Fight back overcomers, trust Papa God for every detail and stay in faith! Because "All", things are possible with God! I pray the Lord's supernatural peace, healing, provision and protection cover you always with oceans of agape love in the almighty name of Jesus/Yeshua!
