Insanity in ALBUQUERQUE - Court rules Christians must service "gay" marriages
The Albuquerque Journal reports the court agreed with a previous ruling Monday, stating the photo studio is considered a public accommodation, similar to a restaurant or store.
The New Mexico Human Rights Commission ruled in 2008 that Elane Photography violated the state Human Rights Act by discriminating against Vanessa Willock on the basis of sexual orientation.
The Alliance Defense Fund, a Washington, D.C.-based legal alliance of Christian attorneys and others, says it plans to appeal the ruling.
The photography studio says its refusal was not an act of discrimination, but a reflection of the owners' religious and moral beliefs.

Obama Uses New "Gay" Marriage Stance as Campaign Tool in Bulk Email
Now he has officially politicized the whole issue of same sex "marriage". This week the state of N. Carolina banned "gays" from getting married in that state. This will be an election issue - the president has just cemented that into reality. Here is the email.
Friend --
Today, I was asked a direct question and gave a direct answer:
I believe that same-sex couples should be allowed to marry.
I hope you'll take a moment to watch the conversation, consider it, and weigh in yourself on behalf of marriage equality:
http://my.barackobama.com/Marriage
I've always believed that gay and lesbian Americans should be treated fairly and equally. I was reluctant to use the term marriage because of the very powerful traditions it evokes. And I thought civil union laws that conferred legal rights upon gay and lesbian couples were a solution.
But over the course of several years I've talked to friends and family about this. I've thought about members of my staff in long-term, committed, same-sex relationships who are raising kids together. Through our efforts to end the "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" policy, I've gotten to know some of the gay and lesbian troops who are serving our country with honor and distinction.
What I've come to realize is that for loving, same-sex couples, the denial of marriage equality means that, in their eyes and the eyes of their children, they are still considered less than full citizens.
Even at my own dinner table, when I look at Sasha and Malia, who have friends whose parents are same-sex couples, I know it wouldn't dawn on them that their friends' parents should be treated differently.
So I decided it was time to affirm my personal belief that same-sex couples should be allowed to marry.
I respect the beliefs of others, and the right of religious institutions to act in accordance with their own doctrines. But I believe that in the eyes of the law, all Americans should be treated equally. And where states enact same-sex marriage, no federal act should invalidate them.
If you agree, you can stand up with me here.
Thank you,
Barack

THE POPE WAS RIGHT - Sanctioning "gay" marriage ruining the future of humanity
World Net Daily reported this week Pope Benedict XVI denounced gay marriage in his annual “State of the World” address Monday, going so far as to say the same-sex nuptials threaten the future of humanity.
Reporting on a New York Daily News article WND quoted them saying - in the speech, the pope, 84, unleashed what some consider being his strongest tirade against gay marriage, saying it is among conventions that “undermine the family” and “threaten human dignity and the future of humanity itself,” - a report which originated with REUTERS.
Rather than viewing the activity as degenerate, when society sanctions it there opens up the accepted void wherein those disgruntled with heterosexuality, even from a young age, more easily embrace the activity as normal rather than seeking help for something once seen in its true, heinous light. Generally speaking those with daddy issues lean toward the "gay" lifestyle (though not all) and now that we have a society with increasing numbers of absentee fathers we will see more and more homosexual tendencies and the acceptance of such will lead to an exponential crisis for humanity.
One wonders if the Pope was channeling the U.S. Center for Disease Control which has an article which details the savage effects men who have sex with men have had on the male population and the human population at large. From the CDC:
Gay, bisexual, and other men who have sex with men (MSM)1 represent approximately 2% of the US population, yet are the population most severely affected by HIV and are the only risk group in which new HIV infections have been increasing steadily since the early 1990s. In 2006, MSM accounted for more than half (53%) of all new HIV infections in the United States, and MSM with a history of injection drug use (MSM-IDU) accounted for an additional 4% of new infections. At the end of 2006, more than half (53%) of all people living with HIV in the United States were MSM or MSM-IDU. Since the beginning of the US epidemic, MSM have consistently represented the largest percentage of persons diagnosed with AIDS and persons with an AIDS diagnosis who have died.
It is exactly because of this unreported truth (at least in the main stream) that men who have ever had sex with men are never permitted to give blood; yet another reason that particular lifestyle is damaging the future of humanity. Think of the life-giving blood supply which is robbed of crucial stock simply because a politically correct society has taken leave of its senses and embraced the activity which leads to such destructive results.
So cudos to the Vatican for daring to speak the truth about this plague on the human experience. Now if only this type of boldness were as contageous as the diseases caused by the activity which the Pope has denounced in his speech... if only.

Matt Damon SLAMS Gay Marriage - "some things only a mother can give a child"
In the interview Damon is relating to the character in the movie saying, "I think mostly because I saw it as a love story between this guy and his wife". Then, in a surreal moment of clarity; especially for the Hollywood elite, Damon tells Cooper there are things that only a mother can give to her child. "I just see in my wife... the way she can talk to our kids and I am just thankful that she is there."
The full interview will air Wednesday Dec 21. You can see the preview written by Cooper himself here. Even though he doesn't discuss his personal life, independent news media have reported that Cooper is "gay" and in May 2007, Out magazine ranked him second behind David Geffen in its list of the fifty "Most Powerful Gay Men and Women in America."
Obama now PERSONALLY approves of "gay marriage" - calls it a "joy"
And such as do wickedly against the covenant shall he corrupt by flatteries:.So let's examine this "covenant" in light of current political trends. In 2008 Barack Obama was interviewed by ABC's Jake Tapper.
Daniel 11:32a
TAPPER: You oppose same-sex marriage.
OBAMA: Yes.
TAPPER: Do you think that the fact that this is now going on in California, does that cause you to re-think your pledge to repeal the Defense of Marriage Act?
OBAMA: No. I still think that these are decisions that need to be made at a state and local level. I'm a strong supporter of civil unions. And I think that, you know, we're involved in a national conversation about this issue. You know, I believe that marriage is between a man and a woman, but I also think that same-sex partners should be able to visit each other in hospitals, they should be able to transfer property, they should be able to get the same federal rights and benefits that are conferred onto married couples.Obama clearly states that he believes "marriage is between a man and a woman". He opposed same-sex marriage. Red State's coverage on this from 2008 goes on to report that Obama, only two weeks later, AFFIRMED the position of homosexuals on gay marriage and OPPOSED the "divisive and discriminatory efforts to amend the California Constitution, and similar efforts to amend the U.S. Constitution or those of other states" in a letter to the Alice B. Toklas Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgender Democratic Club. The letter has been taken down from their website.
PPSIMMONS covered all of the flip-flopping Obama has done and his "flattering" has been clearly documented in our video here.
And now most recently Obama has begun personally congratulating homosexuals who get married - a powerful about-face from being totally against same-sex marriage and taking a firm stand on "one man one woman" to now sending out personal letters of approval to those who are doing "wickedly against the covenant". Matt Katz, 32, and Aaron Lafrenz, 36, were married at the Katz family's Brooklyn home on July 23, 2011, the day before gay marriage became legal in New York state. The following day, the two went to Brooklyn borough hall and were among the first gay couples to legally be married in the state.
The letter from Obama to the "couple" reads in part, "Your [marriage] union marks the beginning of a lifelong partnership as you share in the joys of your life together. I wish you the very best as you embark on your journey together and hope your bond grows stronger with each passing year."
This is not simply one of those Cain moments where he says "I'm against it but I'm in favor of choice" regarding abortion. Obama has now put his personal stamp of approval on men marrying other men and women marrying other women. This evolution of opinion on such an important issue exhibits not only someone who shouldn't be running the United States of America - but makes a compelling case and adds even more weight to the evidence that the end time is not coming... the end time is now.
