German zoologist Ernst Haeckel is perhaps most famous for defending evolution with the argument that creatures replay their evolutionary past when developing in the womb. Since Darwin's time, textbooks have reiterated that early embryos of many vertebrates, including humans, have tiny pouches that reflect an evolutionary fish stage. More recently, embryologists thoroughly refuted that concept, and others have shown that Haeckel's drawings were partially faked. And a new online video taken from 3-D scans of a developing baby's face should bury Haeckel's old and uninformed argument.

Embryologist and evolutionist Michael Richardson and colleagues dropped a bomb on Haeckel's long-held concept known as "embryonic recapitulation." He compared Haeckel's old drawings with actual photographs of the same embryos in a 1997 technical paper.¹ The comparison showed that Haeckel's drawings were frauds.

Richardson's report revealed that in order to make animal embryos look more similar at a certain early stage of development, Haeckel had omitted limb buds and heart bulges and resized and selected certain creature's embryos.² Since Haeckel had to manipulate data to conform it to his evolutionary notions, then perhaps embryos—including human—do not rehearse their "evolutionary past" after all.

OBAMA FRAUD 'BIGGEST POTENTIAL CRIME' IN U.S. HISTORY

In an hour-long radio interview on presidential eligibility, an award-winning journalist and author declared Barack Obama could be at the center of the “biggest potential crime in all of American history.”

Diana West, a columnist known for her boldness and penchant for eliciting dropped jaws, was interviewed Saturday by Frank Gaffney, founder of the Center for Security Policy, on his Secure Freedom Radio.

According to the show’s promotion, “Despite the results of Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s Cold Case Unit, which found that both Obama’s birth certificate and Selective Service Registration card had been forged, Obama’s behavior in the ’08 elections and the very words of the Constitution itself, the government has not allowed for a thorough and fair investigation into the issue of Obama’s eligibility.”

West contends Americans should be investigating exactly what is going on.

The nation is “looking at a great unsolved mystery, the greatest potential crime of all of American history,” she told Gaffney. “What we’re looking at is a president of the United States whose documentation has not been presented, vetted, corroborated,” she said.

Gaffney noted that the subject has become “irradiated.”

Pastor Carl Gallups Makes a Passionate Plea

Someone please raise the SOS flag. We are sinking fast!

Our nation is in a state of emergency. We are on the cusp of loosing our constitutional republic and the mainstream media either doesn't care and/or is complicit. But, as it seems, Congress, the Supreme Court and the lower federal courts may also be complicit.

If you have ignored it, ridiculed it, not called your representative or simply don't care about it - then YOU are complicit as well. We The People will only be We The People as long as YOU care. Having spent almost 10 years in Florida law enforcement, investigating crime, forgery and fraud - what I see happening now is surreal. I cannot imagine, for instance, when I was a deputy sheriff, if a sitting judge in my county was accused of having obtained that office by deceit - that I would not investigate the possible crime.

And, if in fact I did investigate the alleged crime, I cannot imagine that my official, full scale, duly sworn, professionally conducted criminal investigation would be totally ignored by the media - especially if my investigation revealed that the county judge was indeed sitting in a place of judgment and power by absolute fraud. Can YOU imagine it? Only if you were in Alice's Wonderland where everything was really upside down.

What would you do if you were a citizen of the county in which I was an investigator and you knew the result of my investigation yet the media refused to tell the story and the courts refused to hear the case? What would you do if you had to appear before that illegal judge's court and he sentenced you or fined you or put you in jail?

Now, the nation has been presented with an hour and half, courtroom ready, criminal investigation portfolio - proving to any reasonable mind that the man in the White House is more than likely there only by fraud, forgery and criminal deceit. This investigation was conducted, not by a single man, but by a panel of three attorneys and three criminal investigators who, in turn, employed the services of a myriad of forensics experts. The revelation of the six-month investigation was that the birth certificate proffered by Obama as proof-positive of his eligibility to hold the office of President – is a forgery.

What has been the result of such an unthinkable revelation? The media has ignored it, castigated it, ridiculed it and marginalized it. The reaction has been so startling that even PRAVDA, the Soviet online Press is screaming "WHAT'S WRONG WITH THE AMERICAN MEDIA?" This may well be the biggest fraud and crime perpetrated upon the American people in our history. Watergate was small potatoes compared to this. Monica Lewinskywas simply a momentary dalliance and diversion. This is monumental. It is epic.

The man in the White House is not a mere county judge. He is the Commander in Chief of the world's number one superpower. He is the CEO of the world's number one economic engine. He is the signer of laws, treaties and the establisher of a myriad of offices of "Czars." He appoints judges for LIFE. He issues Executive Orders and negotiates with leaders of the world. He has his finger on the Red Button.

You would be outraged if my deputy sheriff investigation was ignored concerning your county judge. Where is your outrage now? I have said all I can say in this matter. Have Scientists Finally Found 'Dinofuzz'?

If dinosaurs evolved into birds, then fossils should show plenty of sequential transitional features between the two groups. For example, some evolutionists speculate that the earliest stages of feather evolution consisted of filaments, or "dinofuzz," on dinosaurs' skin.

ScienceNOW reported that researchers led by paleontologist Ryan McKellar have found just this kind of material in Canadian ambers.¹ In their study published in Science, his team wrote, "Eleven feather or protofeather specimens were recovered by screening over 4000 Grassy Lake amber inclusions."² But based on scientific observations, there's a good chance that these finds have nothing to do with dinosaurs at all.

The amber samples were assigned to Late Cretaceous deposits, which are systematically provided an age of at least 65 million years.³ However, the amber was still transparent, indicating that it is thousands and not millions of years old.⁴ Translucent amber cannot contain anything from some evolutionary dinosaur age, because oxidation would have long since darkened it.

If dinosaurs evolved into birds, then protofeathers should be found on dinosaur fossils located below (and therefore dated before) fossils of birds, not above and after them. McKellar's fibers came from Cretaceous deposits, but true bird feathers have been found in fossil layers far below the Cretaceous. Why would feathers still be evolving long after they supposedly already existed?

Yale University's Richard Prum told ScienceNOW:

The lack of any other remains in the amber—a distinctive bit of bone, say, or a shred of skin—leaves open the possibility that the structures aren't associated with dinosaurs at all. Indeed…they could be something completely new that hasn't been preserved elsewhere in the fossil record.¹

So, why did McKellar's team confidently refer to this find as "protofeathers" when the sample was 1) found in total isolation from any real dinosaur evidence, and 2) smaller than known feather shafts, being the same diameter as "peach fuzz" mammal hairs?

The research listed examples of all five proposed stages of feather evolution from different creatures that were living in the same environment and at the same time when the Canadian ambers were formed.⁵ But this is opposite to what one would expect if feather evolution was driven by natural forces such as changing environments and competitors over millions of years.

In 1998, small dinosaurs from China were said to have had fossilized protofeathers, but further research showed that the fibers were likely decayed skin remnants.⁶ Future studies will doubtless find that the true identity of these tiny amber-encased fibers also has nothing to do with any evolutionary "protofeathers."
