Subtitle D--Counterterrorism

SEC. 1021. AFFIRMATION OF AUTHORITY OF THE ARMED FORCES OF THE UNITED STATES TO DETAIN COVERED PERSONS PURSUANT TO THE AUTHORIZATION FOR USE OF MILITARY FORCE.
(a) In General- Congress affirms that the authority of the President to use all necessary and appropriate force pursuant to the Authorization for Use of Military Force (Public Law 107-40; 50 U.S.C. 1541 note) includes the authority for the Armed Forces of the United States to detain covered persons (as defined in subsection (b)) pending disposition under the law of war.
(b) Covered Persons- A covered person under this section is any person as follows:
(1) A person who planned, authorized, committed, or aided the terrorist attacks that occurred on September 11, 2001, or harbored those responsible for those attacks.
(2) A person who was a part of or substantially supported al-Qaeda, the Taliban, or associated forces that are engaged in hostilities against the United States or its coalition partners, including any person who has committed a belligerent act or has directly supported such hostilities in aid of such enemy forces.
(c) Disposition Under Law of War- The disposition of a person under the law of war as described in subsection (a) may include the following:
(1) Detention under the law of war without trial until the end of the hostilities authorized by the Authorization for Use of Military Force.
(2) Trial under chapter 47A of title 10, United States Code (as amended by the Military Commissions Act of 2009 (title XVIII of Public Law 111-84)).
(3) Transfer for trial by an alternative court or competent tribunal having lawful jurisdiction.
(4) Transfer to the custody or control of the person's country of origin, any other foreign country, or any other foreign entity.
(d) Construction- Nothing in this section is intended to limit or expand the authority of the President or the scope of the Authorization for Use of Military Force.
(e) Authorities- Nothing in this section shall be construed to affect existing law or authorities relating to the detention of United States citizens, lawful resident aliens of the United States, or any other persons who are captured or arrested in the United States.
(f) Requirement for Briefings of Congress- The Secretary of Defense shall regularly brief Congress regarding the application of the authority described in this section, including the organizations, entities, and individuals considered to be 'covered persons' for purposes of subsection (b)(2).
SEC. 1022. MILITARY CUSTODY FOR FOREIGN AL-QAEDA TERRORISTS.
(a) Custody Pending Disposition Under Law of War-
(1) IN GENERAL- Except as provided in paragraph (4), the Armed Forces of the United States shall hold a person described in paragraph (2) who is captured in the course of hostilities authorized by the Authorization for Use of Military Force (Public Law 107-40) in military custody pending disposition under the law of war.
(2) COVERED PERSONS- The requirement in paragraph (1) shall apply to any person whose detention is authorized under section 1021 who is determined--
(A) to be a member of, or part of, al-Qaeda or an associated force that acts in coordination with or pursuant to the direction of al-Qaeda; and
(B) to have participated in the course of planning or carrying out an attack or attempted attack against the United States or its coalition partners.
(3) DISPOSITION UNDER LAW OF WAR- For purposes of this subsection, the disposition of a person under the law of war has the meaning given in section 1021(c), except that no transfer otherwise described in paragraph (4) of that section shall be made unless consistent with the requirements of section 1028.

(4) WAIVER FOR NATIONAL SECURITY- The President may waive the requirement of paragraph (1) if the President submits to Congress a certification in writing that such a waiver is in the national security interests of the United States.

(b) Applicability to United States Citizens and Lawful Resident Aliens-
(1) UNITED STATES CITIZENS- The requirement to detain a person in military custody under this section does not extend to citizens of the United States.
(2) LAWFUL RESIDENT ALIENS- The requirement to detain a person in military custody under this section does not extend to a lawful resident alien of the United States on the basis of conduct taking place within the United States, except to the extent permitted by the Constitution of the United States.
(c) Implementation Procedures-
(1) IN GENERAL- Not later than 60 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the President shall issue, and submit to Congress, procedures for implementing this section.
(2) ELEMENTS- The procedures for implementing this section shall include, but not be limited to, procedures as follows:
(A) Procedures designating the persons authorized to make determinations under subsection (a)(2) and the process by which such determinations are to be made.
(B) Procedures providing that the requirement for military custody under subsection (a)(1) does not require the interruption of ongoing surveillance or intelligence gathering with regard to persons not already in the custody or control of the United States.
(C) Procedures providing that a determination under subsection (a)(2) is not required to be implemented until after the conclusion of an interrogation which is ongoing at the time the determination is made and does not require the interruption of any such ongoing interrogation.
(D) Procedures providing that the requirement for military custody under subsection (a)(1) does not apply when intelligence, law enforcement, or other Government officials of the United States are granted access to an individual who remains in the custody of a third country.
(E) Procedures providing that a certification of national security interests under subsection (a)(4) may be granted for the purpose of transferring a covered person from a third country if such a transfer is in the interest of the United States and could not otherwise be accomplished.
(d) Authorities- Nothing in this section shall be construed to affect the existing criminal enforcement and national security authorities of the Federal Bureau of Investigation or any other domestic law enforcement agency with regard to a covered person, regardless whether such covered person is held in military custody.
(e) Effective Date- This section shall take effect on the date that is 60 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, and shall apply with respect to persons described in subsection (a)(2) who are taken into the custody or brought under the control of the United States on or after that effective date.

Jeff Kuhner Calls Obama the "Antichrist"

Jeff Kuhner of Washington politics and talk radio fame in an interview with Carl Gallups of Freedom Friday Radio in Pensacola Florida said Friday Dec 10 that President Barack Obama perfectly fits the description of the biblical "Antichrist".

Jeff Kuhner is a radio host, commentator, and journalist. He is a regular contributor to the commentary pages of The Washington Times, where he writes a weekly column, and has written for Human Events, National Review Online and Investor's Business Daily. He is also the president of the Edmund Burke Institute for American Renewal , a Washington D.C. think tank devoted to integrating minorities into the conservative movement. The Institute produces a monthly magazine, Reflections, to which he regularly contributes. He is also a radio personality, appearing often as a guest or fill-in host of theSavage Nation and the Jerry Doyle Show.

The PPSIMMONS Ministry has never actually said that Obama IS the Antichrist (though he certainly is an Antichrist) however we have given much video evidence affirming Barack Obama's candidacy for the job of the end time "Antichrist". Jeff's conversation with Gallups showed an understanding of the topic on Kuhner's part that Obama has set out to destroy every American institution and, if re-elected, could end the American societal paradigm all together.

Schwarzenegger Movie PROPHESIES Outcome Of Four More Years of Obama

In Sept 2001 two towers came down in New York City which triggered a paradigm shift around the world and this world has not been the same since - and never will be again. A remarkable discovery was made regarding the release of a movie earlier that year which had some people scratching their heads and wondering what it all could mean.

It was a movie with Mel Gibson in the lead. It was a war movie about the war of US independence from Britain and the rebellion from King George. Near the beginning of the movie Gibson's character is in a shop and has just built a chair. He picks up the chair and hangs it on a scale. He then reads the weight out loud - "nine pounds, eleven ounces" he says. Again - he reads the weight: "nine pounds eleven ounces" and follows that with the word "perfect". He then places the chair on the floor, sits down, and the chair collapses to the ground.

The movie was called "The Patriot". And what was the name of the legislation which was passed following the attacks on US soil?... the Patriot act! This movie came out BEFORE the Sept 11 attacks! Are you really going to sit there and accept that so many coincidences are remotely possible? Not me brother!

In 2008 the election for the presidency was in full swing and another movie came out. I went to see it with a friend and when I came out I turned to this friend and said - "Obama will be the next President of the United States". My friend had a puzzled look on his face but I didn't care. The movie was "Hancock" and what I had just witnessed told me the narrative - a black man was going to be viewed as America's hero - her savior if you will... and I was right.

The Running Man is a 1987 American action film loosely based on Stephen King's 1982 novel of the same name. In the beginning of the movie there is a script rolling up the screen much like the beginning script for Star wars' "A long time ago In a Galaxy far far away...". The Script in "Running Man" reads as follows:

By 2017 the world economy has collapsed. Food, natural resources, and oil are in short supply. A police state divided into paramilitary zones rules with an iron hand. Television is controlled by the state. All art, music, communications are censored. No dissident is tolerated and yet a small resistance movement has managed to survive underground.

So back in the mid eighties, thirty years prior to this scenario being envisioned, imaginations were already at work picturing the existential realities of our time. Think about this - the world economy is facing a total meltdown just as the script predicts. The movie also paints the picture of an identification system in place without which people could not buy or sell or travel - boy now that sounds familiar but here's the real reason we're talking about this today.

Will this be the reality after four more years of Obama? Listen - if Obama is re-elected then the next election will be in 2016 BUT Obama will remain in office until January 2017 - the very year the "Running Man" predicts a total societal and economic meltdown. I just think people need to pay closer attention to the projected punches from Hollywood. I'm not crazy but your audience is forgiven for thinking I might be HOWEVER I'm simply asking them to take a deep breath and think about all the crazy stuff that is happening around the world today.

There are many more credible examples of messaging through movies from Hollywood. Who's creating and promoting these prophecies is unknown to me but I'm convinced they're real and whether from God or not we should take them seriously since they have a very impressive track record.

In President Barack Obama's sales pitch for his jobs bill, there are two versions of reality: The one in his speeches and the one actually unfolding in Washington.

When Obama accuses Republicans of standing in the way of his nearly $450 billion plan, he ignores the fact that his own party has struggled to unite behind the proposal.

When the president says Republicans haven't explained what they oppose in the plan, he skips over the fact that Republicans who control the House actually have done that in detail.

And when he calls on Congress to "pass this bill now," he slides past the point that Democrats control the Senate and were never prepared to move immediately, given other priorities. Senators are expected to vote Tuesday on opening debate on the bill, a month after the president unveiled it with a call for its immediate passage.

Heckler calls Obama "Antichrist" in California - here's why.

A heckler shouting about Jesus Christ interrupted President Barack Obama at a fundraiser in West Hollywood California before security dragged him out. As he was taken out the man called out that Obama is an antichrist. What evidence could this man possibly have to make such an accusation? Here is the raw video of the event. This "heckler" is by no means alone in his findings. The evidence in favor of Obama being the End Time prophesied "Antichrist" is staggering. Remember that the heckler actually said "Jesus Christ is God - creator of the universe"... so not exactly the same as saying "Jesus is the lord". So no, Obama did NOT agree with the heckler. But even if he did it would not matter. There is a principle that exists in Islam called Taqiyya: Lying In Order To Spread Islam, is why non-Muslims cannot trust Muslims. And why Sunni cannot trust Shiite and visa versa. Islam is a religion of deception. It is all about dominating the world so that Muslims might go to paradise instead of hell. The greatest thing a Muslim could do, is to infiltrate the White House using Allah's given right to deceive his way to the top, in order to destroy America and it's non-Muslim allies, and allow for Islam to once again dominate the world. Obama confuses Jews with janitors

President Obama spoke to the Congressional Black Caucus awards banquet over the weekend.

Those folks will stick with him in 2012, of course.

But they've been somewhat miffed in recent months that the first post-partisan president is doing too many deals with those Republicans and seeming to give in.

So, Obama needed to give the crowd some presidential love. He even brought his wife along. As with virtually all of Obama's speeches recently, the Democrat's remarks dealt with selling his jobs legislation, as if it wasn't DOA on Capitol Hill.

The first black president got to reminiscing about some other struggles in the past familiar to African Americans.

His 28 minutes of remarks had a strange tone to them, as if somehow Obama was equating support for his jobs program legislation with the far more important and historic civil rights movement.

He got into the usual yada-yada about rich people paying their fair share of taxes.

And then, deep into the speech, according to the White House transcript, the president said:

When you start saying, at a time when the top one-tenth of 1 percent has seen their incomes go up four or five times over the last 20 years, and folks at the bottom have seen their incomes decline -- and your response is that you want poor folks to pay more?

Give me a break.

If asking a billionaire to pay the same tax rate as a janitor makes me a warrior for the working class, I wear that with a badge of honor. I have no problem with that.

Here is what the president actually said, catching himself almost in time but not quite:

The president has been muffing lines all over the place recently. Last week, also peddling his jobs plan at a bridge that won't qualify, he hailed America's building of "the Intercontinental Railroad." You don't seem to hear much about these gaffes in the media for some reason.

Maybe in Saturday night's speech Obama was thinking about all those talks on Israel in New York.

ANTICHRIST WATCH! Obama to Chair UN Security Council

Barack Obama is set to become the first-ever U.S. president to chair the United Nations' 15-member Security Council when it meets later this month.

The council, which next meets Sept. 24, deals with a host of global challenges, including nuclear non-proliferation and nuclear disarmament. The Obama administration hopes to use the month-long appointment to emphasize a departure from the Bush administration's strategy of pursuing its own unilateral policies through the council.

Obama will join other heads of government in New York during the week of the nuclear summit for the opening of the 64th session of the UN General Assembly. Climate change and the Middle East peace process will be on the agenda for the wider body. Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi, under fire for wining the freedom of a terrorist convicted of killing 270 in the Lockerbie bombing, is due to be on hand and could turn the session into a spectacle.

The State Department has not ruled out the possibility that Obama and Gaddafi would cross paths. They are both due to address the General Assembly on the same day, and the Libyan leader, whose country is a temporary member of the Security Council, is entitled to attend the nuclear summit session that Mr Obama will chair.

Obama's fake SSN - what we should expect from the Antichrist

World Net Daily reported this week that the Social Security Number being used by Barack Obama does not pass a check with E-Verify, the electronic system the U.S. Citizenship and Immigrations Services of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security has created to verify whether or not prospective employees have the required authorization to work legally in the United States.

The importance of this is staggering. A person cannot legally hold a job in the US without a valid SSN. Obama, accordingly, doesn't even qualify to clean the toilets at the White house let alone be the most important occupant within its walls. So what does this have to do with the identity of the Antichrist?

According to the Bible, the Antichrist will...

... speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time.

Seek to change times and laws? Just today there is a report [here] that Obama will seek to circumvent congress on immigration (his own words). And since the law requires a person to have a valid SSN, which Obama clearly does not, he has "changed" the law to suit his own ends.

As for speaking "great words against the most high" Obama has done that and more. He has flattered the homosexual community [here], which is against the word of the Most High. He has ridiculed the Bible publicly, which is against the Most High. He credited Gandhi with his presidency, which is against the Most High. And the list goes on and on.

The evidence continues to stream in from experts that Barack Hussein Obama is a fraud! This is exactly what we should expect from the prophesied Antichrist. Is there really any reason to look for another? Or should we instead be looking for the return of Jesus Christ in the clouds?
